Upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful greeted with a smile. The room was clean and a/c definitely worked. The location was also great not too far from the things we decided to do would definitely recommend.

This was a good clean and safe place to stay. We really enjoyed the shuttle serve to Broadway and the Opry. Drivers were nice and safe and cheap.

The pictures submitted are the second room we were offered. I was so upset and shocked with the first room. I did not think to take pictures.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Lobby had a bar area with good drinks and served food. Property was very clean and rooms were very large, had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc and well kept. I liked the area; wasn’t in the middle of so much traffic and was easy to get to but also super easy to get to popular places by a quick uber ride. Really liked this hotel and the staff.

AC great...didnt have the 15 dollar breakfast. It was cheaper and better to go to a breakfast spot
