Convenience and cleanliness.

From the time we walked in until the time we left... everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained

The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The handle on our bathroom sliding door was broken. The ice machine on the second floor, our floor, did not function. The machine on the third floor worked, but there was no tray on which to rest the bucket, so we had to hold it there while it filled with ice. We thought about venturing out for breakfast the next morning, but we decided to try the buffet. It was not worth the price. Food selection was minimal and rather plain. Like other hotels, the option to buy a soft drink or snack near the check-in area was non-existent. There was nothing in their cooler except for over-priced alcoholic beverages. This property was not up-to-par compared to other Hilton hotels at which we have stayed.

Everything about the hotel was really nice. Handicapped room was spacious and the lower bed was great for my mom. Thermostat didn’t seem to work properly but, we managed. Will stay here again.

The room was absolutely perfect. The only issue I had was I paid for the breakfast when I booked the room, but then when I got there. It was another 20 per person . so we went out to breakfast. But other than that. Very lovely place! Great location!

I arrived placed in an adjoining room with a woman on the phone talking to the top of her voice. Had to ask to live rooms. No body wash in the shower! Given a voucher for complimentary breakfast and later charged for the breakfast!

It was the same breakfast everyday. Nothing tasted fresh or freshly made. We were quoted one price and at checkout they refused our state tax exempt forms. Charged me for the full amount after I got back to my state even though they accepted it at the time of checkout. No update or phone call from them saying there were going to do so.

Be sure to ask for do not disturb door tag. There wasn’t one in our room and we were woke up at 9;40 with knock at door, again 15 minutes later and houseman laughed at my husband. Even though we settled the unprofessionalism I left my running shoes and have spent a week only to find out I wore them in hotel but not out. Be careful and triple check for your things as you may never get them back at this location! I r requested pictures of coming in and out with no results yet. Very disappointed.

Staff were friendly and helpful overall. I did request a wake up call twice and did not receive it either time. Room also did not get cleaned in spite of my complaints to host on duty and talking to cleaning lady. I don’t think she spoke or understood English. Bartenders were great. Food was alright, although my ribeye steak was tough and there was no steak sauce.

Property, rooms very nice and clean… Breakfast was terrible…

Eggs were reconstituted. Milk was sour. Oatmeal runny.

Pool was closed. Was hoping to use it. Very easy to get to and always stay there for business. Always friendly

Staff could not have been more helpful. Very modern, new looking hotel with beautiful lobby. Would definitely stay again and recommend!
