Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

Nice breakfast, great sized rooms, friendly staff. Well maintained!

It's time to update the property.

Rooms are showing some wear but are clean. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price, great location, nice suites, and amenities. I used the fitness center and the treadmills were good quality. The pool looked great, but was only 3 feet deep throughout. Great for kids though. Very pleased with the quality for the price.

The hotel was okay. Compared to neighboring parties it was much nicer. It still was below standards for a Marriott. There was mold in the bathroom. But the rooms are very spacious.

Other than that it was a wonderful stay and will definitely book there again!

We weren't able to check in until late due to all day travel. We got there with kids half asleep and trying to hold them plus a cart of luggage, they sent us up to a room that had not been cleaned! There was trash in the baskets, soap was opened and used, countertops dirty...and we had to pack back up the bags onto the luggage cart and haul everything with kids back downstairs! The lady apologized, but had to get help to figure out how to switch out rooms. The breakfast was pretty pitiful, and we opted to go out to eat instead. The rooms were just ok (even new room wasn't super clean), breakfast poor, and for the cost I wouldn't stay here again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, especially the breakfast and staff. Breakfast was terrible. Terrible food, and the coffee / orange juice were added too much tap water in it. The staff at the front desk like a dumb, terrible attitude, plus didn’t even speak a word to the guest. I’m talking about the guy with longer hair. I have no idea how he got the job. Lastly, is the furniture. The chair was missing, and on the last day, they finally got me a chair. The entire experience was extremely terrible and unacceptable.

Dated features and some maintenance items need to be tended too. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and convenient location.

Room was a great size for us, a family of 4. Location was perfect! Staff were friendly, hotel and room were clean and had all the amenities needed.

Staff were welcoming Hallways and lobby carpet weren’t clean and were very warm. When we first arrived it had us nervous on what our room would look and feel like. The room was very clean and AC worked great, it was a really hot week and I think they were just trying to conserve energy but we never saw any housekeeping for the stay that could attend to appearance of hallways.

The staff was immensely helpful and able to answer most of our questions. There was some confusion about bus transportation that was a new idea they were trying

Our room was clean and we had a great stay. The hotel appeared to be a little older but overall we had a great experience.
