Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

(407) was out of alignment but everything else was great! Great location when visiting the Grand Ole Opry!

We arrived early and were able to check-in with no issues. The woman at the front desk gave us the number for the downtown shuttle which was much appreciated.

Exceptional

Huge room with bedroom area, living room area, kitchen and dressing room plus bath.

I would have liked different protein choices for breakfast (scrambled eggs offered daily). Otherwise, it was very good. Staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

We had to switch rooms after the first night due to a faulty key reader on the door. Moving rooms wasn't an issue, however the room we were moved to was dirty and had an odor. We found a moldy orange juice container behind the blinds. Management assured us they would have the room deep cleaned while we were out for the day but nothing has been done when we arrived back at the hotel in the afternoon. We had to wait in the lobby while housekeeping cleaned the room. The carpet in the room as well as the hallways was very worn as well. This was our second trip staying in this hotel but we don't plan on returning.

Carpets were musty. High humidity in the rooms. Needs updating. Great location and nice staff.

This place is a family favorite. Close to the cat cafe and a great dinner place. It’s clean and comfy.

Pool was out of service. Coffee area and floors were dirty in the main area.

Rooms are showing some wear but are clean. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price, great location, nice suites, and amenities. I used the fitness center and the treadmills were good quality. The pool looked great, but was only 3 feet deep throughout. Great for kids though. Very pleased with the quality for the price.

The hotel was okay. Compared to neighboring parties it was much nicer. It still was below standards for a Marriott. There was mold in the bathroom. But the rooms are very spacious.
