Best Western Suites Near Opryland

Decent hotel close to the Opry. Staff were helpful

Clean room in close proximity to Opry Mills mall and the Grand Ole Opry.

This was okay for a short stay. Our room was very warm despite the air conditioner being set to 60, and the fan running constantly. The bathroom was narrow to the point of not being able to open the door while standing in front of the sink. With no fan in the bathroom, and the room being so hot, it was miserable trying to get ready when you can't keep the bathroom door open. Would not stay here again.

This property was not as it was described. Looked nothing like the pictures inside. The carpet was disgusting. We checked in and right back out.......... didn't stay there and they won't let us have a refund through the insurance either . Def was not staying there.

The breakfast was hot every day. The lady that prepared breakfast was amazing

The staff were very friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location is near to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good, with a selection of things to choose from. We enjoyed our stay. The tub was slow draining, and our bed was a little worn in places. We informed the staff as we were leaving. They apologized and said that they would change the bed and fix the drain.

The room was very clean and very quiet for the area. The breakfast was awesome and the woman maintaining the breakfast bar was the nicest person I have ever seen at a hotel. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom commode was too low to floor for older people. I will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

Best Western was good. Every time my family and I visit Nashville, we always stay there.

Pleasant

Spent two days there in Nashville the beds was mediocre the lamp wasn't working right. We didn't understand how the air conditioning system worked. Breakfast was okay your typical hotel breakfast. Location was really good it was really close to opryland Mall . No real restaurants was around outside of the waffle House really

Loved, Loved this hotel. Great big rooms, T.V. was big, bed was very nice, didn't smell. Great breakfast, great breakfast staff helper/hostess, very informative about the breakfast, the shuttle and lots of things that are going on around the city. She was like a tourist guide.. super clean pool, They offer shuttle service to downtown Nashville. Great Location. Water Pressure and bed were great. Would defiantly stay here and recommend.
