Best Western Suites Near Opryland

Staff was very helpful and courteous, however the hotel itself is a little dated. But overall I had a good stay.

The facility was dates but that’s the worse I can say about it. Everything and everyone was great.

The sink and fridge area had a terrible odor when u walked by it. Also needs air in the bathroom and a fan. When u take a shower u have to wait till mirror clears before putting makeup on.

Hotel is nice just need a few upgrades.

The staff was friendly and we had a great stay! I would stay there again! It is so conveniently located by restaurants and malls!

The AC did not keep the room cool the first 2 nights. It was better the 3rd night. There was a terrible smell on our floor when we got off the elevator. The rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't that great, but we were able to make it doable.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle with the shuttle costing $15 to downtown (July 2026). Pool was fantastic, rooms were clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with but good and fresh.

Everything was perfect for me on down to the breakfast. I had quick access to getting my food, because my room was close to the stairs. Its not that many stairs being on 2nd floor. The food was real good to me. Apple & Orange juice was hitting 😍 The room was clean. They staff was amazing. The air conditioned kept me cool.

The room was nice and clean, cool. The bed was wonderful!

Our room didn’t get cleaned everyday. We had to empty our own trash and go down and ask for more towels and toilet paper.

Fridge didn’t appear to get very cold , breakfast was good and staff were lovely . Comfy beds Shuttle bus service stops at 10pm and breakfast should run a bit later at weekends

I thought I was getting a basic room with 2 double beds. I don’t know if the room we got was basic or considered a suite. There were 2 double beds with lots of soft pillows on each bed. A sofa that would fold out into a bed as well with a small privacy wall. There were other things like big tv, lots of built in USB charging blocks, a desk, dresser, microwave & small fridge, no coffee maker but that was fine because we were a short walk away from the breakfast area. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

We love staying at this location in Nashville. Very clean, beds are comfy, great water pressure. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good!

The rooms need a deep cleaning
