Clean rooms, friendly staff

This was a decent hotel. The rooms are a little dated and there’s no coffee pot. However, there’s 24/7 coffee downstairs. What made this place really great was the person attending to the breakfast! She made sure you had enough food, always refilling everything! Wonderful positive attitude! She engaged with the staff and made everyone feel welcome!

Clean room, helpful staff. Could use upgrades. Sofa had hole and some repaired with black tape. No hand soap, had to use shower bodywash.

The hotel was starting to show its age but it was a GREAT Location for going to the Grand Old Opry. Lots of things to do nearby. Nice pool and breakfast was good.

It was alright and convenient to everything.
-
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great value. If your going Downtown to Broadway, it's about a $20 ride. But worth it for the price difference.

Breakfast was excellent Beds are too small.. TOwels were old.

1). Even though the hang tag was on the door to not clean the first morning, housekeeper opened the door. 2). Curtains (all three) would not close completely. Gap left which was uncomfortable since I was on the 1st floor.
