It was a very nice stay

Great location, quiet area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and the breakfast had good selections each day. Plenty of parking. Huge pool. Shuttle service to downtown Nashville was very convenient.

Convenient and much more economical than staying at Opryland. Very good breakfast included.

Convenient. Very good breakfast.

We had two rooms and the AC did not work well in either. Had it down on 68 degrees but it kept shutting off as if on a timer. One room had no hot water for the sink. Both the evening and night staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Very good

Staff very nice. Clean room.

Place is outdated and needs fixing up. Put a towel on the floor to step on after a shower and 5 mins later it was rust colored cause the grout was gross. The room smelled musty. And toilet wouldn't flush #2s very well. Staff was nice but we didn't interact with them much. Breakfast decent. Overall wouldn't come back.

Overall it was a nice stay everything looked clean the room had a a little musty oder the ice machine was on 2nd floor and I was on the 1st floor so that was a little inconvenience wasn't at the hotel much

Very good

Reasonable value. Laundry facilities available. Good buffet breakfast. Room smelled a little musty.

Very good

Entry was dated and needed light—side doors and halls looker old and worn.

It was really good, it was really close to everything we wanted to do

They are in the process of a slow remodel. But easy to get to, and close to Opryland Hotel. It was a hot Labor Day weekend, their AC had went out in the lobby and it was very hot outside. Our room smelled like Mildew. Luckily they were able to get it fixed the next day. I know those front desk employees were very hot. They stayed so friendly and welcoming and willing to help! Helped so much that we were able to change rooms. Our 2nd night was much better!!
