Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Location is good. The hotel tried to charge me for a drink I did not order. They called me the day after I checked out and tried to charge me for this non-existent drink. The shower floor is at an odd angle and slick as glass, and I nearly fell through the glass sliding door. There is a desk in the room, but the only things to sit on to use it are an upright chair and a foot stool, both of which were too low. Most hotel rooms with a desk have an adjustable office chair suited to that purpose. I woke at 3:30 am to the strong smell of marijuana coming into my room from an adjacent room. Overall, not a great experience. I will not return.

Everything was really good only thing I think could have been better was the snack selection was very small and over priced.

Conveniently located. After the first room we were put in the rest of the place seemed clean. Friendly staff. The room we were put in had hundreds of little black ants all over. We unfortunately didn’t notice them at first, because we were tires after driving. Unpacked clothes from the suitcases and had them on the beds placed items on the tv stand and night stand then we saw them. They were on the walls, beds, tv stand, night stand, floors and bathroom. We had the on our clothes that we unpacked on the beds and had to shake our clothes out outside along with knocking them off the suitcases. The staff moved us down the hall but the entire stay we kept feeling that they were on us or our clothes. Made for restless sleep. The second room was clean just mentally we couldn’t get passed the feeling. We sent a review to the hotel hoping that maybe we’d get compensated for a night or something but never heard back. A bit disappointed.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — a loose bathroom fixture was the only imperfection but no biggie. Adequate grass to walk the dog. Very quiet, considering the proximity to a major highway. That was a BIG plus for us!.

Clean hotel, but the room attendant needed to come and empty the room trash and brought in clean towels everyday the I requested. Not having clean towels and trash emptied daily.

Nice for the price! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and close to the Opryland area venues. The only complaint was our toilet could use some help, was loose or something from the floor.

The property was located very close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry. Food choices limited nearby.

There are no microwaves in the rooms. The water pressure was terrible in our room and there is no fan in the bathroom. The place is clean and the staff are knowledgeable.
