Comfort Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

The room was very clean but the bathroom was small.

The property was clean. The room was comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Plenty to do at this exit.

Location was close to where we was visiting Breakfast didn’t have variety of meat

Very basic, but cost friendly. Location is not the greatest - you need a car as nothing is really walking distance.

Towels were half-changed as the used ones were put on top of our ice box (!), so we were puzzled and had to call the office to get new ones. Shampoo was almost gone and could not be squeezed out, and when we called the office, they did not come until past midnight (!) to replace it - so we could not sleep until afterwards! Had to switch rooms in the morning (after that wait past midnight) due to repeatedly malfunctioning/broken toilet! The switched room had gas smell coming from the bathroom/shower room into the bedroom, so we had to keep the bathroom/shower room door closed - and let the front desk know when we were checking out. The front desk staff members were very kind overall, but the facility must be old - as different items were malfunctioning from room to room. So, we hope that they would maintain it well with the awareness of each room's facility maintenance needs.

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was terrible. Mattress was awful and broken leaning to one side. Pillows were flat. Room was stuffy and didn't cool well. I mentioned air conditioner to front desk and was told it was working because their monitoring system told him it was.

Very convenient last minute place to stay for the night. Entire hotel and the room were very clean, check in staff very friendly and helpful.

Great places to stay close to Opryland and Opry Mills Mall. The bathrooms were very small and breakfast was okay. The room was clean.

Comfortable beds Toilet overflowed the same day we checked in. After calling front desk and alerting, they were in our room immediately fixing the issue. Parking lot too small.

The people and location were great When I booked it said wheel chair accessible. Didn’t know that meant a walk in shower. Room seemed a bit musty not sure if that was due to having a room air conditioner.

The staff was top notch. Friendly and helpful. The manager (I forgot his name but he told me he was the manager) was very helpful and friendly during the check in process. Check out guy was also very nice. Breakfast was mid but still nice and warm at 6:30. Limited selection doesn’t mean bad. I would like to suggest larger coffee cups.

Located with in walking distance to sports bars and other attractions.

Staff and Location Bathroom was very tight/ too crap to use, beds were uncomfortable, smell of moisture, and walls very thin (can hear everything going on in the hallways)

Great place to stay the staff was very polite I'll give this place A+
