Comfort Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

The property had shuttle service. The property smelled stale and like animal urine.

Very close to Opry Mills. Great location for food and entertainment. Staff was greats and rooms were clean.

It was nice there was shuttle to take downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is that I asked twice for someone to look at my clogged bathroom sink , It was never fixed

Great, great value--especially for conference goers who don't need the over-the-top (and outrageously pricey) Gaylord Opryland experience! Just a short walk away are rooms that offer everything you'll need!

It was nice and clean and pretty quiet. I didn’t like that there isn’t much to do within walking distance.

Very helpful in getting us a ride to the grand old Opry. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms were clean stayed in better though price was right for where it was at. Would stay there again.

Comfortable beds. Nice to have fridge and microwave in room. Nothing special or fancy but adequate and overall clean.

Great place to stop and rest. Clean, great staff, helpful amenities, coffeemaker, good breakfast choices, very comfortable bed, parking availability all were excellent.

Our king room was smelly and they moved us but only had a queen room. The a/c did not work very well making it humid in the room. It was noisy also. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom was small.

It was a standard hotel for a quick overnight stay.

Nice, quiet. Friendly staff. Stayed in a non smoking handicap room and could smell old smoke in the bathroom. Bed was so lumpy. Ac didn’t work to well.

I only needed a room that would be close to where I needed to be for 1 night so this hotel served it's purpose. Definitely, not the hotel I would have chosen ordinarily. It had an odor in it, only provided a hand and half towel, not sure if that was a mistake on the cleaning ladies part, and the bathroom and parking were tight.

It was a good experience. No complaints.

Bed were comfortable, room was comfortable Definitely needs updated. Front desk guy at night was rude. Room was very hot when we entered. No trash can in the bathroom. Charging port by bed didn’t work.
