Jay was very helpful and nice. The property was great. The kids loved swimming great location.

Safe location, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast for the value! 15-20 min from downtown and there are nearby restaurants and coffee shops! Felt very safe which is always a big concern for me. King bed was super comfortable! Great value for the price of the room! N/A

Nice place and budget friendly price

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom was too small. The breakfast was okay. The staff was so helpful and respectful. Everything was in walking distance.

Staff was excellent BUT hotel employee was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for us We just loved him!!!

The room was fine. The breakfast was great, nice selection

Very convenient to the opry and the shuttle that takes you to and from there. Also to Broadway. Very nice staff. Room wasn't cool and had mildew smell. Our room was next to breakfast area wouldn't suggest that room.

The main room was very clean and the amenities in the room were nice The room was mostly clean, but I did notice the tub did not seem to have been cleaned well. There was still a stain on the side of the tub and hair in the drain. The room also had a very stale smell to it that lingered the entire stay and the carpet, flooring and drapes could use an upgrade

The front office staff from Check-in to Check-out were friendly, helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. Good value.
