Room had a very strange smell. A lot of bad air freshener.

Close to area destinations. Fantastic staff friendly and very helpful.

bed was fine. Breakfast options were good just need to be hotter. The sausage gravy should be thicker. Room was ok except for ants.. we were not told about them when we checked in woke up the next morning with ants all over the bathroom sink, tub and night stand...

There was water all over the floor in the bathroom and I asked to be moved to another room. I could not get the air conditioning to work properly. Just disappointed in the place.

There was a noticeable dampness and mustiness to the room I was given, with a very strong mold odor. When I asked for another room, the lady at the desk said "hold on and let me check on something". She ran to the room next to mine, sprayed some air freshener there and offered me that room. The smell was not as immediately noticeable due to the air freshener, but over time it got stronger and stronger. There was also a dehumidifier set up in the room, so the hotel was obviously aware of the moisture problem, but they were still offering these rooms to guests, On top of this, there were ants in the room. Avoid.

Thin towels but otherwise excellent

Breakfast poor, and lack of choices: only eggs, pancakes Room smelt awful when entering: old carpet, musty. condense on room due to airco, windows couldn't open for fresh outside air. Staff was friendly, just an old facility not kept up to date

Did not like parking and ability to get luggage cart to the car. Only one ramp for handicapped and limited handicapped parking

The location is really good the breakfast was better then expected have stayed here couple times before with my sisters will continue to stay here while in Nashville. Mrs. Ronald Bolden

Closely located to where we needed to be. The desk staff were amazing! The kitchen staff was personable but would have liked a little more personality. It smelled very musty and old. There was mold in my daughters room and had to change rooms.

Everyone was so friendly . The place was very clean. Like the small feeling of the place too. Very cozy.

Didn't like the room. I have stayed here before & had a nice room. Didn't care for breakfast. They had only 1 kind of yogurt! Dismal, how the biscuit was tasty. There seemed to be some kind of issue with the way they processed funds as there had never been a payment issue before!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very clean. The shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable.
