Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville, TN

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the cookies at check in. I liked the beds. The front desk staff was wonderful. I did not like the fact that change is not offered at the desk for the laundry amenities. Not most people are walking around with $20 worth of quarters. And the only option we were given by staff was to go to a store and see if they'd let us purchase quarters from them. I did not like the pool closing at 9pm. The sun hasn't even set at that time, and most families traveling are not back to the hotel in time to enjoy the pool by then. Also the door to exit the building to go to the pool being locked, and having to go outside and around the building in my bathing suit was not a preference. Easy access to and from the pool should be an option. I did not like the fact there is no hand soap to wash my hands in the bathroom when we were done using the restroom. I did not like the elevator floor number button not working so my family and I were stuck in the elevator for a few minutes before the button would finally work. Also the orange juice was orange water that was bitter. I also did not appreciate the lack of courtesy by the breakfast staff member. All she did was just glare at my family, not a nice way to start our day.

The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay.

The staff was amazing! By far the friendliest hotel staff I’ve experienced. Breakfast was easy and good. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel does seem to be having some issues with moisture control. Our room felt a little damp and the hotel does show its age. Overall it was fine for a couple nights, with most of our time being spent out of the hotel. I’m not sure I would go again if I was planning to stay longer than a couple of nights, mainly because of the moisture issues in the hotel.

Everything was amazing from all of the staff the room. Very helpful and friendly can't wait to return there again There was nothing wrong.

Front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful! Cricket was able to help with getting downtown and parking for the Opry. The lady who came in next was as friendly and personable! She listened to our excursions and offered suggestions when asked! Both made this memorable. Good breakfasts. Kept that area clean. Lady with pig tails cleaned each table. Room spacious and clean. Great shower pressure. Bed comfy!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding and floors were very clean. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast (eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, etc.) Nice, clean pool.

Still the same. Not happening to me again. Will find a different place. Kind of sad since the rate was good, location was good and room was fine

Staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Brenda was there to welcome us back each night, and we had a lovely chat with Tamera at check out. Everything was clean and comfortable; there was even a little dehumidifier in the bathroom. The only issue we had was that the toilet had some trouble flushing normally. I'm sure they would have fixed it but we just kept forgetting to say anything about it.

This hotel was close to the convention center, which is why we were there. But, let me tell you, the ladies at the front desk are the absolute best!!! Very friendly and spoke to us every time we came in or out. I will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Nashville.

Everything, even meeting the owner jean was a very nice down home personal feeling. We Everything stayed 1 extra day. We have been there twice and we will be there again it's the BEST place in that area. Refrigerator could be a little bit bigger and better pillows but for the overall price and comfort there's really no complaints just suggestions thank you Jean again for the wonderful stay we will see you again soon hopefully

the pillows could be a little bit better but overall it was a good stay. This Is 1st time we stayed here Not enough handicap parking there! But everything else was fine.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not overly busy- only three floors. Great location to the Grand Ole Opry. Staff were great, everything clean and had a wonderful free breakfast in the mornings. Staff were great to help us out or give us suggestions. Can take a shuttle downtown round trip and never have to get into your car or worry about parking. Would stay there again!!!
