Property was close to Gaylord hotel. Has potential to be a great hotel with a lot of work. Beds were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. House keeper was a very nice man. Report of bugs but we did not see one bug if any kind. The hotel was very rundown and old. However it had so much potential to be beautiful. Holes in the walls, half working appliances, the elevator was broken. Several people reported the s hotel has bugs. We did not see one bug of any kind. The exterminator even came while we were there and asked if we would like our room sprayed. ? No breakfast, no water in the pool. With all of that being said the hotel is huge with great potential and I feel like they are trying to fix it up. We were there for six days during this time someone was working on the elevator several of those days. Appears a brand new one has been installed. An entire truckload of brand new sheets and bedding were delivered. The lobby was mopped and vacuumed. The breakfast room was opened up and someone was working in there. So I feel like they are really working to improve the hotel but peoples reviews are not wrong it is very run down and needs much work but the price was great and the bed was comfortable and water was hot.

Lots of things we out of order and non existent but didnt mention none of that online ?

I like how the attendant tried to accommodate the broken bed situation with a new room. I ultimately ended up in a room with cracked walls, molded A/C, sticky couch, stinky atmosphere, and squeaky beds... TV didnt work. Literally everything is visually broken down in every aspect. Very outdated. Location is sketchy. No elevator no pool no amenities

I had to change rooms twice the first one the shower didn’t work the second one the air didn’t work, I finally got moved to a room where everything worked but there was mold in the room and the halls smell terrible

Very dirty Everything

Roaches, pool didn’t work, gym didn’t work didn’t have anything that was advertised online. 3/10. Staff was also shady.

Close to the mall The pool in the end of june beginning of july was completely empty. The first room they put us in, the ac did not work properly. The elevators were out of order. The main floor had a water issue that caused the carpet to be soggy wet. The second room they put us in was better, the ac worked a little better, but when our toilet clogged on thursday morning, we told the staff and they told us they would get a plunger and fix it. By the time we came back at 4pm, the toilet was still clogged. When we told them, they said the same thing again, well after we left and came back from dinner at 8pm, the toilet was still clogged. At that point we had enough, and packed up all our stuff and decided not to stay our last night.

bathtub didn’t drain, toilet barley flushed, we could smell and see mold in the rooms.

That hotel had old mattresses the bed squeak the room had more problems then I can think of.... holes in the wall the...sprinkler systems had outdated covering rusted web and rust in the the tub around the light fixture we had to wait 4 hours for them to fix the toilet just so we could use it cuz it wouldn't flash properly. This was the worst hotel stay in Nashville they stated also they had a continental breakfast they did not they stated they had handicap parking they do not the pool was closed had chains on the door lamps in the lobby that had busted ends dead plants in the lobby and cockroaches I seen Super 8 hotels in ghettos look better than this place and smell better never again.

The only thing good about the facility was the location. This was the most absolute disgusting hotel I have ever been to. It smelled awful. One room smelled like cigarettes and mold and the other room smelled like onions and mold. Both rooms had dirty microwaves and fridges. One room had makeup splattered all over the wall and the other room had what looked like food thrown on the walls. Both windows and restrooms were covered in mold. The hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting and stained with god knows what as well as bleach stains everywhere. The walls and doors look like someone just went through scratching all the paint off. The breakfast was white bread and bagels and cereal and milk. The milk was a gallon jug they put out at 6am and it just sits on the counter until 10. With the nastiest of the hotel they shouldn’t serve anything at all in my opinion unless it’s I. A sealed wrapper and individual milk cartons. Never in my life have I seen such a nasty hotel.

Location Needed a lot of renovation and repair

Nothing The smell was absolutely horrible. There was nothing good of this place. I didn't feel safe the only thing that looked like the pictures was the bed and picture of the wall. There was a huge black bug flying around our room. We literally walked in and walked back out to find a different hotel.

I didn't like how you don't know about a cleaning deposit until you arrive. I also didn't like that it advertised a swimming pool but the pool was empty. The elevators were out of order and our room had holes in the wall, the TV didn't have a power cable, the refrigerator didn't work and housekeeping never came by the next day to put clean towels and stuff in the room. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because no one was working the front desk and when I checked out I had to wait for someone to wake up to check us out.

The whole entire hotel smells so bad, until I couldn't eat or drink anything in there
-
It looked like a sanitarium that was falling down. Smell of mold everywhere.
