Luxe Hotel Nashville Opryland

They gave us a new room due to the TV not working There was no breakfast in the morning, as my confirmation email said. No coffee in the rooms.

It’s quiet The morning staff person was also very rude.

My TV did not work.

The location was within very close proximity of the Opryland convention center where I needed to be most of the time. I felt completely fine with walking there, at least in the mornings. But the street it's on is fairly trafficked, so it wouldn't be too bad at night either, I guess. My room had no bugs at all except for a single gnat. I did a thorough inspection, and, while the facility isn't in great condition, it functioned well for almost all of my needs. The hotel smelled like smoke/drugs except for inside my room (as much), and it plainly said there would be breakfast when there wasn't. I bought food from the gas station across the street for a couple days. Also, the microwave and fridge didn't work. But for the price and convenience in booking last minute, it wasn't too bad all things considered (I booked a 3-night stay 2 days in advance for just over 200 bucks).

Nothing Filthy bed squeezed every movement .television didnt work staff were not very helpful and rude no breakfast facilities

The location was good Place was dirty, tVs didn’t work was a Ramada now it’s offbrand.

The staff members that was working at time of check in was not very helpful. The TV wasn’t working and he kept saying he was coming to check it out, hours go by and I call him and he just gives excuses. We left the property for few hours and when we got back luckily there was someone else working. So I asked them and they told me exactly what to do, right then and there. Why he couldn’t do that idk. If he didn’t know then he should’ve called someone that did.
