We were put in a smoking room. We were unable to use the shower. You could only take a bath. The bed spread had dirty stains on it. I would never stay here again.
-
Great experience, clean rooms and great entertainment around the hotel.

Poor water pressure, took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was skimpy compared to other Comfort Inns, but they did have scrambled eggs, sausages and 1 waffle maker, no fruit or yogurt. Not a fan of being on the first floor with door facing the parking lot but they didn’t appear to use the second floor. The parking lot also was quiet and clean.

Great place to stay if you love to hear great Country Music at Music City Bar and Grill!

Great place to stay. I loved the pool too. Self made waffles for breakfast were a must to try.

When we arrived there wasn't anyone at the desk to check us in. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for him to arrive to the front desk and he said it was b/c he had to reset the Wi-Fi. Once we got in our room it appeared clean, but our toilet would run for a long time after flushing. We could never get our TV to work & when we called the front desk they said they would come fix it, but never ended up coming. Also my daughters feet got dirty from walking on the carpet barefoot so we kept socks on after realizing that. This hotel is very close to the Opry Mills Mall, which was convenient for us, but we will not stay here again next time we visit.

It was not a clean exterior. It wasn’t a good place to stay.

While the room was clean overall, this is a non smoking establishment and the room definitely smelled of smoke like it had been smoked in in the past. The linens and bedding didn't smell of it but the room overall did have that scent. I did pay the additional fee for late check out ahead of time but they still went in to clean out the room and called me as my belongings were still there. They were nice about it but still a little disconcerting that they had been in my room propping the door as you do when cleaning rooms while I was away when I was not expecting anyone in my room during my stay. These aren't deal breakers and my stay was well overall just items that can be improved.

Except for poor water pressure, fine. I appreciated that a shuttle picked me up for $10 roundtrip to go to the Grand Ole Opry.
-
Good location for the rate! Nothing to write home about regarding usual things in a hotel. There was a smart TV but it was unusable. I was met with some frustration by the staff when addressing it. All in all, it was fine for a one night stay with other activities planned.

Newly renovated so it was a clean fresh quality inn. The location was perfect next door to Scoreboard - great bbq and entertainment. Nashville Palace - great place for entertainment and it the plaza behind it has another music venue, 2 huge antique/vintage shops and a great coffee shop in the corner. Cracker Barrel and another big restaurant next door too. All within walking distance, including 10 min walk to the Gaylord which has nice botanical type atrium and restaurants And for $10pp roundtrip the hotel has evening shuttles to the Opry We definitely would stay here again ps the pool albeit surrounded by a parking lot and scoreboard building was great! super clean, no harsh chemicals and refreshing

The room was very basic but clean. Which is very important to me. We were on the first floor and did not feel safe in this area.
