Quality Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

Well located. Several things to see and do.

Good breakfast.

Cheap, and cheerful. Couldn’t ask for anymore.

The staff were nice and helpful and the place is safe and clean overall, but my bathroom and room was not cleaned when I arrived and when I reported it, cleaner still didn't do it next day, so the staff ended up cleaning it for me at night. There was an alarm that went off during sleep hours one night disrupting our sleep too.

The low Ball restaurant next-door has a burglar alarm that goes off every night at three or four in the morning. Good luck with that.

Breakfast was cold in chaffing dish both mornings. Was a place to sleep with good restaurants near to hotel. Good location to visit the area from.

Doing construction at 9pm. Unsafe area. A burglar alarm went off nearby at 3am. Cop cars patrol regularly. Smelled like mildew

Clean, comfortable room. The property was within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Opryland area.

After our first night, we took a day trip to Pigeon Forge and brought our luggage with us, leaving some dirty laundry, toiletries, and personal items in the room because we were returning that evening. When we returned, our belongings were gone. The front desk initially told me, “We don’t touch your stuff.” Eventually, the housekeeper explained that she thought we had left due to an emergency and would not be returning, so she packed up our belongings. We got our clothes back, but my full bottles of shampoo, body wash, and cologne had been thrown away. No compensation was offered. They said you need to let us know when you leave for a while… Throughout the week, I repeatedly had to ask for clean towels. The room was constantly damp and smelled like wet dog, and the water pressure was consistently very low. The breakfast was also disappointing. We only ate it once because it made me sick, and I noticed the yogurt being offered was a month past its expiration date. There was also constant noise and dust outside from tile installation and cutting. While we understand renovations happen, it added to an already unpleasant stay. The biggest issue was our belongings being removed and discarded despite having prepaid for the room and never checking out. Overall, there were simply too many issues, and we would not stay here again.

I don’t know how this place got such high reviews! It’s dire & dingy! The bathroom was hideous threadbare towels to start with! The plug hole was awful & rusty! Chips out of the bath, holes in the wall & door had so much paint chipped off. The coat hooks had been ripped out of the door which just left the raw plugs. Lightbulbs weren’t working everything felt nasty! I will say the bed was clean though! The breakfast wasn’t any better! The cereal was stale & the coffee was so weak even on the strongest. My daughter literally ate nothing it was just anaemic sausages & scrambled egg. Definitely one to give a miss!

Very clean rooms. Staff very nice. Close to the Opry. Vending machines didnt work. Close to restaurants and a coffee shop.

Staff was pleasant when I arrived and check in was smooth. Room was clean and pillows were super comfortable as was the bed.

Great location for the bars near hotel and attractions

I have never written a bad report. I always say, if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. But sadly, if you are like me and think "the name" and "location" reflect the hotel, you may be shocked as we were. It is a small, rough looking all gray, sketchy rundown, dirty 'motel'. It is 2 stories, stairs only. 2 buildings apart from each other. When we arrived, I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation. The clerk informed me they already billed my card. It was late, we had no car (uber) and we had to stay the night. The clerk did not tell us we were in building 2. We carried all our luggage upstairs walked back and forth looking and no room. There was dirt on the doors, a cup of yellow liquid full of cigarette butts, sitting in the walkway. It was all dingy. We went all the way back to the office toting luggage to find out we are at the end of the parking lot in building 2. Same thing. Up we go, only to have the key not open the door! As we were waiting a couple got into a fight in the parking lot, some there was trash on the side of the building, and we just did not feel safe. Once we got in the room, it had an off odor. The hand soap dispenser had fingerprints and residue from dirty hands on the pump. The HIGHLIGHT the bed sheet was clean and the bed was comfortable. - However, the next day we found a new HOTEL immediately, we left, expressing we needed to cancel our reservation. We have yet, to get Expedia to refund our stay.

Everything was great! Right in the center of all the restaurants, music and museums. Especially loved all the electrical outlets in the room!!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. A/c worked great. Outside of the hotel could use some freshening up. The area around the hotel is looking a lil run down. We love staying here. Close to bars and restaurants, the mall and the Opry house. We will be back next year in March!
