Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

Great Hyatt we would stay there again!!

The location is very convenient. It’s a 3 to 5 block walk to most everything you’d want to see in downtown Nashville. The bar is nice. The bar food is tasteful and the free breakfast is quite acceptable. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are over large and though some of them are getting just a little bit worn everything is clean. The beds are very comfortable. The linens and pillows are crisp and the pillows are high-quality. The parking garage is very large with high ceilings and great lighting. I have stayed here many times and continue to do so when I come to Nashville for a few days.

Close enough to walk comfortably to broadway and the gulch, but far enough to not hear the fun at night

The property was clean and the location was close to Broadway, but that’s where positives end. The bartender added a nice $20 tip for himself when we charged 2 drinks to the room. The batteries were dead in the TV remote. The smoke detector had a flashing light that flickered above my head all night. And whoever answered the phone when I called to question the extra charge was rude and dismissive. Gotta love Nashville’s hospitality!! Oh… and the free breakfast was barely edible.

I loved the comfortability and the cleanliness! Staff is great and very informative. Also liked the short distance it was from Broadway!

The hotel was nice. It was about an 8-10 minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. My room was clean. It was great that free breakfast was available. That was a money saver. There were so many food and drink choices available for everyone. It was nice that they had sugar in the raw packets for my coffee. I will be back.

The location was good as it was away from Broadway but only a 10/15 minute walk. Our room was a kitchen suite with all the facilities you needed. There was very good gym and pool but we didn’t use these. The vibe and decor was urban chic. The air conditioning in our room was so noisy we had to turn it off at night. Breakfast was only available until 9am during the week which is crazy as the night life goes on until around 2am. At the weekend it’s until 10am. The choice of breakfast wasn’t that appetising with only self service available.

Location to Broadway Having to use key to access everything but understand for security reasons

Location was amazing, staff was welcoming, room was comfortable and spacious. The room could have been a little cleaner, sticky substance on kitchen floor. We couldn’t get into our first room, had to go down to desk three times because our keys didn’t work. Super annoying but they made up for it.

The parking cost was very expensive, so we turned in our rental car early to save on some money. It is a pretty easy walk to downtown, and we did not have to use ride share apps on a daily basis.

Really clean property, nice staff, great bar, and great location
