Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

We have stayed here twice. First time was great! Second time, there was a problem with the security gate to the parking garage. We tried three different programed keys, after the third time, the front desk person said she couldn’t help. There was a strong deodorizer smell in the rooms and the lobby liked they pumped it through the air vents or something. Way too strong. Lastly, breakfast is just okay since it is included. They need more of a variety. Potatoes didn’t taste like anything and no waffle maker.

We had a great stay and everyone was absolutely amazing! The hotel was clean and beautiful. The workout room was clean had a lot of options for working out.

This was a great room for me and my husband. King size bed plus nice living area. Walking distance to Broadway and hitch was nice

Great hotel, close to centre and very accessible. Breakfast also had plenty of choice. The only thing that let it down for me is that I paid for a room with two queen beds and we got a room with one and a sofa bed. Other than that we had a fab experience at Hyatt house, I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again.

A beautiful hotel that is really just steps away from Broadway and all the excitement Nashville has to offer! We stayed here while in town for Djo and Tame Impala, and the location could not have been better—we could literally see the arena from the hotel. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells amazing and has such a welcoming, upscale ambiance. The interior is absolutely beautiful, and the entire property feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for. One thing to be mindful of is parking! There is a daily fee but it’s the cheapest, so it’s a win, the security deposit covered the parking. A special shoutout to Tatianna and the entire team! Thank you for creating such a great experience and maintaining a wonderful location for visitors exploring Nashville. Between the atmosphere, beautiful property, and unbeatable proximity to everything downtown, this is a fantastic place to stay. We truly enjoyed our visit!

The night front desk staff in particular were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. I liked that it wasn't exactly the same each morning. Similar items were offered every day, but the items that did change were a nice surprise. All in all, I think the price is a bit high for a standard queen room. I know the location is a big part of it, but there are other options that may be a better value. This was our first trip to Nashville, and overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt.

Great stay

While staying I received notification that the hotel was attempting to charge my credit card an additional $308 on a manual entry. This was not an authorized charge, nor was it explained upon check in. I declined the charge with my credit card company. I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that everything was fine with my room and they are not aware of any additional charges. The next day the same charge was attempted and again I declined the charge. The front desk again said everything was fine. After leaving and after the pending charges cleared I was charged an additional fee of $98. I contacted the property and told this was a smoking fee. Smoking? I am not a smoker nor is my husband, and we did not have any visitors to our room. After reviewing some of these reviews I am seeing that this is a common theme. A bogus charge that is inaccurate, or charges entered in "error" and must be disputed with your credit card company. With this many inaccuracies, and multiple complaints about the same concerns how has this issue not been investigated? On a positive note the rooms were clean, and free breakfast was wonderful,

We have stayed here several times over the past few years. It's a great location and the price is really good given it's proximity to the heart of Nashville. The property is always well maintained. The staff is always professional and super nice. But, the breakfast stinks. The selection is minimal and poorly prepared. It's the south! How about some BnG?
