Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

Wonderful hotel with great bedding and room temperature control. Breakfasts was simple but really good! The staff was amazing!!!

Easy check in and see room was clean. Close proximity to downtown. Helpful desk staff.

It is walking distance to broadway the main street where you find bars, music and all the entertainment. However the walk is kind of long in a hot humid summer so maybe no good location for this reason. Maybe a block or two closer it will be fine. The area is under development a lot of empty lots around you see homeless in certain areas. The area is up in coming. A block from the hotel is the greyhound if you want to take a bus. The breakfast was fine. Our room was spacious with living room, kitchen and bedroom very spacious for two people. We had the city view and it was nice. The pool was really nice to relax. The gym was well equipped.

Super friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast and excellent location! Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Nashville.

The location is good and the staff at the reception desk was very helpful. .The reason for the low score is because after our stay the hotel inappropriately charged our credit card $408. When I contacted the hotel I was informed the charge was to clean the room because of smoke. The issue is that we did NOT smoke in the room. My family does not even smoke. Now I have to contest the $408 charge with my credit card company. This is a terrible way to end a good vacation and I would not recommend people stay at this hotel.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Water pressure in shower phenomenal. Excellent breakfast with several hot choices. Bathroom was small with not much counter space. Ten minute walk to Broadway. Definitely would stay again.

The bartender was super nice, and the cleaning staff was great! The only complaint was checking in/out. Staff was rude. I know sometimes when you book through third party, in our case was Expedia you sometimes get a non shelant customer service answer, however, incidentals and parking fee is required at check in/out. In our case checking in the parking process was a little unclear how to get through gate and to the parking garage. The gate said take a ticket when you actually just used room access card. The service desk seemed bothered that I had to ask. Then at check out desk for receipt for parking was fine. However elevator to parking garage was not clear and once again I asked a lady at the desk how to get down to the parking garage, her response from across the foyer was a bit of an annoyed response, "eLLL Rrrr, (like I didn't know the alphabet) I still don't know what LR stands for ...lol Just know if you go to the Hyatt House in Nashville that LR is indeed the floor for the parking garage lol But overall, it was perfect location, comfort and not too casual and not too upscale for our little spur of the moment trip to Nashville!

Good stay

The staff is top notch, above and beyond, professional, personable, courteous. The overall environment is peaceful, 5 star clean from top to bottom, pool and workout room to the parking lot and outside sitting area, the breakfast needs a tiny bit of work, however still no complaints. One last compliment, I forgot to ask about those pillows...Heavenly.

From the moment we walked in, staff were exceptional. Very nice and assisting. Hotel was very clean and the live entertainment in the evening was an added bonus.
