When we checked in, One of the first things we ask was about the pool. It was dirty green and they said it would be open the next morning. Well, it was still green and bottom of pool was dirty like it had not been vacuumed. The remainder of the weekend, the gate had a lock on it. We ask every morning about pool and got the same reason for the dirty pool. (Needed shock). Then when we were checking out, one of the clerks told us the pump had been broken all week. The main reason for my trip was to relax by the pool and that did not happen. I would have went to another motel that had a pool, if I had been informed of the problem.

On the positive side, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was adequate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was the advertised FREE shuttle service. The hotel website stated that the shuttle runs a small loop to Opryland Resort and the mall, and this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. However, I discovered that the shuttle does not operate on Sundays or Mondays. This information was not disclosed anywhere on the website when I booked. I specifically needed transportation to Opryland Resort on both Sunday and Monday, so the lack of shuttle service created a significant inconvenience and additional expense. If the shuttle schedule had been clearly disclosed on the website, I would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the staff and room were good, but the ongoing remodel and, especially, the undisclosed shuttle restrictions made the stay much less convenient than expected.

All Nothing

The staff was very friendly. To be fair the property is under renovations. The pool was not ok to swim in. The elevators were being worked on. The shuttle was not running Friday. I’m sure it will be very nice when it’s finished.

Staff was friendly

Property was under construction but the staff did all they could to make us comfortable

Close to Grand Ole Opry and hotel had a shuttle one day it was not available. They were renovating my concern was the dust air quality however it was just near the Lobby and elevators.

The hotel staff was great
-
The hotel and room were clean. The room was spacious.
-
The elevator was out of order and there was never any hot water for showers.
-
The staff was super friendly both in the evening and the morning. I booked a room with double beds and got a room with a king and a pullout bed. This bed was extremely uncomfortable for my kids.

Breakfast sucked. Only catered to certain people. Horrible experience. Noticed bed bugs in our bed on the last night. We were offered a downgraded room which we didn't get compensated for. The staff asked if I could prove these allegations by showing bite marks on my body. She said it was nothing she could do since we booked through a party. Worst hotel we've experienced. We stayed in room 524 and was moved to 519

The beds are super comfy! The property was under heavy construction which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. They also gave our room that we booked away and put us in a smaller room. When we arrived they said we could take it or they could cancel it and we could book elsewhere. It was 8:30 PM.

Very reasonable rate. However, due to renovations going on, there were some issues: they loss power and as a result the elevators didnt work one night. Also, there was no hot water the next day. All the staff were very helpful!

This property did not have hot water, it was dirty, the toilet didn’t work, and it had electrical issues. It’s under construction. It pretty much looks like a motel if not worse. No one answers the phone so Expedia can’t issue the refund.

To be completely fair this property is being renovated. It is not in a state to be able to stay here. It’s dusty, dirty, and loud. We checked in, went to the room and immediately gathered our things and checked out. The staff was super accommodating.

I liked it To much dust for someone with asthma like me

No Hot Water , No WiFi, TV didn’t work! It’s under construction, couldn’t walk freely because workers are blocking. Chemical smell from paint is super strong that gave me headaches !!! Beds are very small. Drilling noise early in the morning woke me up, elevators are dirty and under construction . Gym was closed. Worst experience!!! They should let people know before booking! Parking lot is also full of trash. We paid so much , I’m definitely not coming back!!!!!!

The breakfast had lots of gnats. That’s the only thing
