The check in process was quite painful - we had to make several calls and the code to the overall building rarely worked. To get into the main building we would enter the code and when it didn’t work we would have to wait for someone else to leave.

The first room was dirty so I moved, then I saw cockroaches each day in the hallway right outside my door. I took photos and videos. The Mint has approved a refund for my stay due to these abhorrent conditions.

Check in was smooth. Place was spectacular, super safe, great location. Would definitely repeat

The information to enter the property was not the same as the email instructions which meant I had to call customer support. The sign instructions need to be corrected. Also my Open Key app key did not load, so I had to use an alternate backup entry method. Staff should be able to send another key with proper verification.

Clean room. Spacious for a family. Laundry.

Very convenient, location, everything is fast, close to the center and the bed is clean and normal for a short stop.

I did not stay at all! I checked out as soon as I checked in due to the cleanliness of the unit.

We were in room 347 and the bathroom was gross - bathroom tile chipped and mold/gap in the sealed grout.

The most frustrating thing was checking in, and I still never figured out how the garage parking entrance was supposed to work. And who doesn’t restock coffee pods every day? The ice in the fridge also didn’t work.

I booked for 4 rooms using my own phone number for all. Since the phone number is tied to your phone app that provides your room access, it was a fiasco. Hours on phone to fix up access and contact info for each couple. Great location, big rooms. Mixed feelings on cleanliness. No on-site staff to help you! All on phone, be it with some very helpful and empathetic folks.

Instructions to open the front door were very vague. I had to have other people open it for me.

Kitchen was stocked. Apartment was clean and nice. Directions to parking garage were very vague and the only landmark is a wings mural that is only visible from a certain direction in heavy traffic and almost impossible to see in the evening..

The room itself was not in great condition, soft furnishings were all stained and the bathroom was very dated. The balcony door has no means of locking which didn’t cross my mind as an issue until two men showed up without warning on a crane to paint it. I spent the rest of my trip worried about people accessing

Cleaniness was subpar- stains, used smoking cartridges left behind, mold mildew showers, aink is slow draining and backed up, toilet seat broken, luggage rack broken. Furniture has seen better days. The location and concept are great but lacks in execution. Does not help with it being virtual and no one in lobby to assist immediately.

Very clean and nice. Convenient location.

Great that it had a kitchen and washer dryer. Smelled bad.

Great location for us this trip... not too far to Broadway and not too far to my husband's meetings. The only "bad" part was the mold... the shower needs a DEEP cleaning! Black mold... horrible to breathe. It needs some bleach! Thankfully I packed my flip-flops which I used as shower shoes.
