bathtub didn’t drain, toilet barley flushed, we could smell and see mold in the rooms.

The only thing good about the facility was the location. This was the most absolute disgusting hotel I have ever been to. It smelled awful. One room smelled like cigarettes and mold and the other room smelled like onions and mold. Both rooms had dirty microwaves and fridges. One room had makeup splattered all over the wall and the other room had what looked like food thrown on the walls. Both windows and restrooms were covered in mold. The hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting and stained with god knows what as well as bleach stains everywhere. The walls and doors look like someone just went through scratching all the paint off. The breakfast was white bread and bagels and cereal and milk. The milk was a gallon jug they put out at 6am and it just sits on the counter until 10. With the nastiest of the hotel they shouldn’t serve anything at all in my opinion unless it’s I. A sealed wrapper and individual milk cartons. Never in my life have I seen such a nasty hotel.

The location was the only good thing. That hotel had old mattresses the bed squeak the room had more problems then I can think of.... holes in the wall the...sprinkler systems had outdated covering rusted web and rust in the the tub around the light fixture we had to wait 4 hours for them to fix the toilet just so we could use it cuz it wouldn't flash properly. This was the worst hotel stay in Nashville they stated also they had a continental breakfast they did not they stated they had handicap parking they do not the pool was closed had chains on the door lamps in the lobby that had busted ends dead plants in the lobby and cockroaches I seen Super 8 hotels in ghettos look better than this place and smell better never again.

24 hour front desk was not manned on my arrival and I hate to wait half an hour for someone to show up. Elevator didn’t work so had to use the horrible metal stairs. No glassware, mug or even a paper cup in the room, so no idea why there was a coffee machine. Stains on ceiling and linens, mystery sticky pink goo all over the floor, it had not been washed. Removed a face cloth from the rack and various pieces of pubic hair and shaving debris fell out….

Nothing The smell was absolutely horrible. There was nothing good of this place. I didn't feel safe the only thing that looked like the pictures was the bed and picture of the wall. There was a huge black bug flying around our room. We literally walked in and walked back out to find a different hotel.

I liked the price and the location. I didn't like how you don't know about a cleaning deposit until you arrive. I also didn't like that it advertised a swimming pool but the pool was empty. The elevators were out of order and our room had holes in the wall, the TV didn't have a power cable, the refrigerator didn't work and housekeeping never came by the next day to put clean towels and stuff in the room. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because no one was working the front desk and when I checked out I had to wait for someone to wake up to check us out.

The room didn't have any bed bugs The whole entire hotel smells so bad, until I couldn't eat or drink anything in there

Location. It looked like a sanitarium that was falling down. Smell of mold everywhere.

The only good thing about this place was the price, and location. I had to initially call the front desk after standing there for several minutes to get someone to come up front and check us in. Once an employee showed up, so did a wave of body odor. We get checked in, amd walking toward the room, the hall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were multiple stains on the carpets in the halls. While walking past the gym we noted black mold on the wall. Our room was not clean, there was food, and other debris covering the floor in one corner. The shower was covered in mildew. The toilet had yellow tinted water, I'm assuming wasnt flushed properly after the last use. The phone was for decoration only, as there was no cord connecting it to the wall. All the furniture had water damage. The night stands had cigarette burns on it. There was a weird hard substance on one of the covers. The cleaning person just walked in the next morning without knocking, walking in on my child who was changing. Found a cockaroach in the bathtub. There was a weird questionable substance on the lid for the ice bucket. The breakfast? Didn't exist. Couldn't even get juice. And we went down at 8am. Paint was peeling from every door in the building, amd the wallpaper mural in our room was half missing, and what was there was peeling away from the wall.

We thought it was close to what we were doing but it wasn’t. Smelled when we walked in , very warm at lobby and hallways, elevator out of order, no headboards room, beds were moved to another wall and one squeaked terrible.. I’m sorry but it was pretty upsetting experience .

The spot is nice. Went there 8 years ago and was WAY MUCH BETTER. I will not be back. Everything is broken. No more pool. Elevators aren’t working. Black spots everywhere on the ceiling and walls. Bathroom’s fan not working. We had to ask for new towels and seemed to be asking too much. No one at the front desk, hard to see someone. No security at the doors anytime you can enter without a card. Floor weren’t clean at all and not only in the rooms. There were even bullets in our wall! I do not recommend. You might pay a little more for a better stay anywhere else.
