The Hayes Street Hotel Nashville Downtown

Room was nice, started out a little humid but turned down the AC and it was just right by bedtime. Cool restaurants in walking distance. Really enjoyed being able to go to Mexican, Italian and a sports bar within a block and all were super reasonable prices and very good food. Breakfast buffet looked good but I was having surgery and so we just picked up a bagel and cream cheese for my ride to eat while waiting. Speaking of which, very convenient to drive to Vanderbilt from here too.

Waited a long time before getting checked in. 2 employees at front desk and not one word spoke when arriving at the counter. No one was in front of us and check in took awhile. Rooms could be dressed up with new paint and the parking garage is so tight it is ridiculous

Live music close by

Clean room and massive bed and ensuite. Free breakfast, simple but with enough options to find something you like. Staff very kind and helpful. Air conditioning very noisy but easy to turn on and off as needed. Plenty of buses to whizz down to Broadway

Fantastic experience overall. Friendly staff, clean building, the only complaint I have is the parking situation, but in downtown nashville that will always be a struggle. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was great from the view to the staff. The only thing that was an inconvenience or hassle was the parking although right behind the hotel it was still extra and small. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

I chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital I was visiting, but also because of price. I did not want to pay the price of other hotels in the area. It looked nice online so I took a chance. It was a great choice. The room was as nice as I would’ve paid for a higher dollar. The lobby was very chic, staff were friendly and helpful, secure parking, and healthy breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this quaint Nashville hotel.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean! The hotel stayed cool and perfect for sleeping. Parking was easy to get too from our hotel.
