The room was incredibly clean. Everything well maintained. The breakfast buffet was well stocked at all times. Parking is covered in the back but they charge for it. There's free street parking at front but it is very limited. Location is fantastic as you are still close to downtown Nashville.

I enjoyed my stay at the hayse street hotel. Though it was hotter than a hoochie coochie downtown my A/C was blowing Nordic air!! No matter how how the temperature setting. I appreciate but no thank you.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was good. Close to downtown with Ubers less than $10. It was walking distance to a few restaurants.

The room smelled moldy and was damp feeling. The room was pretty clean and the best part of the room was how dark it got at night. Bed sheets were not great at all. Breakfast was not good, get didn’t even eat it.

Lobby, bar & reception area were nice, but room was in rough shape. Pillows were not great and AC was extremely loud. So-so location, but still a fair walk to downtown.

Parking was extra, which was a horrible surprise. Its buy some great restaurants and that is it. You have to travel miles for anything else like a grocery stores, convenient store, gas station or mall to name a few.

The room (king suite) was spacious but very dark in terms of lack of lighting and the air con was very noisy. Despite that, would still recommend this hotel for a short stay in Nashville

While the hotel is relatively close to downtown, it is not really walkable to any of the main attractions in town. I would probably stay elsewhere next time to be within walking distance of more places.
