Very nice room and great location.

Me and my Girlfriend had a great experience here the organizer was great with communication if we had any questions or needed anything and the room was very clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at The Soundry - it was in a convenient location near restaurants, the Farmer's Market, and downtown. Everything was very clean and the staff was plentiful and helpful. We loved the pickleball court for some exercise! The place could use a little sprucing up - like paint on the hall walls and a new rug in room 111. We loved the mirror in the bathroom, the shower was great. Overall a great place to stay, and parking was easy and free.

A little weird because there is no staffed front desk. If you arrive early, your room code will not open any doors and there are fees for early check in. With check-in at 4 and check out at 10 am, that's a little aggressive. The fitness room was tiny and had no treadmill and someone had left a soda there. Doubt anyone cleans it and the hotel itself doesn't offer housekeeping. Street parking out front was fine during the week. The room itself was nice. Bed was comfy and room had a kitchenette. About 10-15 min from East Nashville and a couple restaurants and coffee shops within a 10-20 min walk bht otherwise not super centrally located.

Everything was clean. Beds were comfy and the facilities were good so we didn’t have to eat out all the time.

Great place to stay. Convenient to just about anything you want in Nashville while also enjoying the quietness and charm of Germantown.

This is an apartment complex with no "Front Desk". I reserved to room shortly before arrival and no instructions on how to enter were delivered by the time I arrived. It ultimately took 15 minutes standing at the front door in 95 Degree heat to finally get someone to help me go through their online check-in / verification process. And while the room was acceptable, every single wall was dirty or scuffed making the space feel run-down and depressing. That said, the remote customer service agent was extremely kind.

Great stay! Perfect location and very clean.

Clean and quiet. Looking forward to returning on a future trip and using the outdoor space and the room’s kitchen area. The warnings about makeup on towels and smell of smoke and fees for this and that. Not that I smoke or would put makeup on towels but felt like it could open up the possibility of false reporting and subsequent extra fees. Stress inducing. The good thought outweighed this stress inducer tbh.

Great location, clean, organized and easy to park on the street

I had to call 3 times in order to get my entry code.

This was the ideal property for our 4th of July long weekend. The facilities were exceptional and the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to watch the fly overs from our room window and the rooftop. The metro is less than a five minute walk and there was plenty of parking so we never had to fight for a spot. There was nothing we disliked. The only thing surprising for us was needing to go to the bar for ice. It took a day for us to figure that out.

It was very clean and felt like a small home for a couple of days, the bed was really comfortable and the keypad door really helped make me feel safer The area made me feel a little unsafe, I got cat called as soon as I walked outside the building, and it’s not really close to the city centre, however the farmers market near by was convenient

Amazing clean rooms, the AC kept the room cool during the heat wave and we loved the convenience of being a 5 minute walk from kroger. Good sized fridge, plenty of cooking utensils, and a stovetop made mealtimes easy. Even having a drip coffee and espresso machine made for nice mornings on the patio. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Amazing space for the price

Very nice stay. Virtual staff was super helpful and available. Room was clean and amenities in the room were great. Balcony king size room. Pet friendly! Convenient location

Nice and private Checked in two hours early and charged a fee. Check out was at 1030 and carried bags out to car at 10 and was locked out of the place. Mirror in bathroom didnt work and remote to tv didnt work. Had to pay for wifi.
