The one thing we did like...it is family friendly with a fully outfitted kitchenette. And activities for adults and children in the yard. All in all ... it was not to bad of a stay.

I liked the kitchen area everything you need for a short stay is there. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the room itself was clean but the rug under the bed definitely needed to be replaced. The overall stay was great.

Very clean hotel with all the necessary amenities just a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. Be aware that there is no onsite hotel service staff but they are a text message away if you need anything.

Good location for us for one night stay. Kitchen, comfy beds, restaurants nearby, back yard looked fun but it was too quick a visit to enjoy.

This is a great property. This is the first property that I have ever stayed in that did not have a front desk staff on site. Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience. The remote staff was very responsive by text, and the property was very nice and clean. The property is not too far from downtown, and I really enjoyed the fact that a grocery store was in very close proximity.

Great location

Excellent choice when it comes to location, cleanliness and parking convinience. The only drawback was the lack of breakfast which can be easily rectified with the addition of a few items.

The shower was large. The overall space of the room. Large closet and full mirror. Kitchen counter long with large refrigerator. Large coffeemaker. Quiet. Rugs on floor dirty and damaged. A trip hazard. No grab bar on shower and low toilet. Free parking but on street. Had to park on side street. Bed soft but no support. Pass code did not work for room bad to call and change rooms. No staff on property.

We visited during a heat wave and the AC were life saving, easy street parking right in front, and close proximity to a Kroger for resupply. The kitchenette in the unit were also very convenient. We enjoyed the backyard at night when the temperature were lower. Really enjoy the stay!

Clean rooms with kitchenettes made for a great trip. Close to downtown & free parking was a bonus!

Parking is street parking or you have to pay across the street at a random lot. The bed was very comfortable. There is a full small kitchen. Room was pretty clean. Stayed for one night and was suitable for what was needed.

I love that it’s a smaller, boutique hotel. Was surprised that everything ran so smoothly with their not being a front desk at all. Would definitely book again if I’m in Nashville!!!

No blow dryer. And too early check out.

Nice hotel with easy online check in. Good WiFi and easy to access property. With they had a more dedicated parking area but we found decent nearby parking

Short walk to Farmers market & great dining in Germantown. Only a 30 minute walk over to Broadway. Loved the outdoor games including pickleball and corn hall. Easy check in and comfy rooms.

It was great, definitely coming back!

There is no staff on-site at this property. Everything is done via text or call. Also, parking is a little strange.

It was the best of our accommodation on this holiday. We booked a king room and it had full kitchen cooking facilities with a little patio to sit outside. It was a quiet location and easy street parking with a Kroger’s supermarket across the road. Some of the bathroom linen could have been of better quality.
