Nice and private Checked in two hours early and charged a fee. Check out was at 1030 and carried bags out to car at 10 and was locked out of the place. Mirror in bathroom didnt work and remote to tv didnt work. Had to pay for wifi.

Did not receive the link with my room information before I arrived and had to call to retrieve the information. Otherwise okay.

The bed was extremely comfortable. And the location was good. The listing says free parking but upon arrival it’s free street parking that’s on a first come first serve basis. Had to pay for parking across the street. The listing should be more clear about the limited street parking.

Love how we could park on the road,not so easy with no one there had to do everything thing from my phone

Love the location. Customer service was quick to respond & assist. Cleaning staff friendly. Balconies in each room is definitely a plus. 5 minutes from TSU & 3 minutes from Monell’s. My second time staying here. Definitely a hidden Gem.

Location was great, beds were comfortable, my son love it , hopefully next time we can stay longer 😆

Convenient location, easy check in, spacious room, plenty of amenities. Much better than your average hotel stay. Will definitely be booking here again.

This was an unique property. Their wasn’t a personal to check you in on the property. Everything was done over the phone. This was an easy process to manage.

I actually liked the person-less check-in. Very comfortable rooms with cold AC and nice beds. They were testing fire alarms while we were there, so we just left for awhile.

The rooms are great I don’t like not having someone on property to talk with it makes it harder. Also I didn’t like the fact that when you arrive you cannot even get in the front door until 4 PM.

Very clean. Easy in and out. Loved having a full kitchen and patio. Very close to downtown and everything we wanted to see. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice location. Walking distance to great pubs and restaurants in Germanton and close to Downtown. The room was quiet and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is no staff in the hotel, so it felt impersonal. There was a fault in the fire alarm system on both days we stayed which is both annoying with a loud alarm in the lobby and concerning that there is a fault in the system unattended to.

Everything it was a brillaint stay and would highly recommend if your visiting Nashville Nothing

The room was clean, but yeah, the staff was absent. The balcony was good. The parking was on street. We were surprised that there was no carpet on the floor in the room. However, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The location was convenient to Vanderbilt where we had to go, it was also nice to pick up groceries about a block away at Kroger and to cook our own meals because the restaurants were quite a ways away.
