TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

This was probably the worst experience I've had at any hotel I've stayed in. The hotel itself was pretty good. The experience here was horrible. I got moved from multiple rooms that weren't in working order. First room, the toilet didn't flush and bathtub water wouldn't go down. Second room, the AC was broken and the water in shower stayed scolding hot. No cold water! After front desk had to move me to a third room, he made me feel like it was my fault I had to be moving and mentioning that this was the last shot. Almost making it seem that if this room wasn't good I'd be out of luck. They definitely need work especially if they're working in hospitality! Would think twice before staying here again even though the price was great.

Stayed two nights. Was a very enjoyable stay and would stay again, especially for the price! Shower pressure was perfect. Much better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Airplanes were noisy, but not enough to interrupt our sleep or stay. Caught us off guard that they block off an entrance/exit after a certain time and had to figure out how to get back in after hours. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast.

There was mold near the bathtub, which I reported to the hotel front desk staff when we checked out on Sunday. I hope the hotel acts promptly to address this condition. I gave them a low rating due to this observation.

Beds were very comfortable, had minor miscommunication about shuttle, but was resolved. Alternative ride was provided.

Check-in was easy as well as parking. The staff is duty conscious and made us feel right home, just like family. Our first stay at a TownePlace Suites was in Raleigh so staying at TownePlace Suites Nashville Airport was an easy choice. The room was impeccably clean. Although our stay was short, the only time we saw cleaning staff was on the elevator. Otherwise we saw the cart parked at different rooms. Carrissa welcomed us with a smile as soon as we walked the door, every time we walked by and at checkout. What can we say about breakfast? Peggy, Peggy, Peggy—-the breakfast variety, presentation and taste, made our morning. I think this is the first time I experienced the choice of cooking original or blueberry pancakes. Other than NYC, Nashville is the only city we have ever paid for parking. The odd thing is since TownePlace Suites is ‘outside’ the city, why is there a fee for parking? We understand the congestion of major cities providing an opportunity to outsource parking services which may be safer for contracted drivers than having guests park their own cars. Anyway, the TownePlace Suites Airport is our choice in Nashville. It is only 2 traffic lights from highway access and there is extensive public parking available downtown.

It was ok I’ll never stay there again. How do you charge guests to park when we’re already paying for a room. It should be free parking

It was great! From check in to check out staff was courteous and quick to greet me and offer assistance.

The location was perfect, not far at all from broadway/downtown but on the outskirts enough where it was quiet and there was no traffic. The hotel staff were all very friendly. My only complaint which was not a big deal since we only stayed one night was that the bathtub drain was not draining well.

This hotel was very nice, I would definitely stay again! The room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very sweet and asked us many times if everything was okay for our stay.

The staff was amazing! Shanelle was absolutely wonderful.
