The rooms are available, but there isn’t any one available to get us easiest assistance from your room phone. Also, the day of I called the Nobu hotel desk, probably for like five hours and no one answer the phone.

Location convenient. Close to many places. Room had cigarette burns on furniture. No check in attendant at counter. House cleaning never showed up and cleaned rooms. No one picking up guest services or other phone. Overall terrible

It was exceptionally clean which is something I look forward to in every hotel. Super organized and entertaining.

Property was nice. Management was horrible. I booked last year on 8/2024 at the rate $516/night. I tried checking in but the property said it did not have a reservation under my name. The confirmation was forwarded to the manager, but they would not honor the rate, stating it was the wrong price posted on Booking.com. The actual rate they quoted was $4000/night. I declined and had to spend hours afterward looking for another hotel for one night only.
