location is good wifi is bad. rooms smell really old

Location was good, bed was comfortable. Easy access to most locations I visited. No windows!! I could hear everything from the next room, even from the elevators. Its old, with old fixtures, no "luxury" at all. No staff after 4 PM. There's a weird patriotic robot in the lobby that scared the crap out of me.

Location was perfect, it is within walking distance to everything. I wouldn't change anything

Excellent value for the price paid, great location and more than just a "hotel room". It was nice having kitchen, dining, living and separate bedroom/bathroom space. Great value! It's an old building and I get that. When the folks in the room above me moved about, I could hear them and my ceiling/their floor was a bit squeaky.

There was heat, but no jets.

I was delighted by the overall charm of the property, as well as the size of the room. I had not been expecting a living area with a couch, mini library, or kitchenette! The staff were also great when I forgot something in my room. The coffee in the morning was much appreciated. I wanted to leave my bags with the hotel after checking out for my final day at my conference, but at 9AM nobody was at the front desk (I was aware before booking that it's not staffed 24/7). I might have mis-remembered the front desk hours, however.

We arrived Earlier than expected,our room it was ready and we were able to go to our room . My group of 5 loved our set up. We slept comfortably. Everybody had their own space. Everything was clean. The AC was working great but iwe just felt a little stuffy at the top of our loft, We were close to delicious restaurants. Great location close to all the attractions 10 to 15 min walk to most attractions.

Location A bit rundown. Room was dark and Friday night there was loud music we could hear coming from outside through the ceiling.

Staff wasn't there 24/7 but that was okay for us. The room was clean and cozy, just super cute. Overall the whole place was well kept. I would definitely stay there again. Not really anything comes to mind as far as what I didn't like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The building is old-style charm with lots of character. The suite was quite comfortable, equipped with dishes, a television, bathroom soaps and shampoo. We were just a few blocks from the harbor, and though we elected to uber with our suitcases, we could have easily walked to our cruise port. We walked to dinner at Mulate's and breakfast at the Ironworks. We also were able to walk to the WWII museum, which is amazing. Dee, you are such a sweetheart, and a wonderful host. If we make it back to New Orleans again soon, we know where we will stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

location of hotel was the best. Could walk to everything we wanted to do

It was cozy. The hard water corrosion around the bath and shower area.

My husband unfortunately suffered a severe injury at this location and there was no staff to assist in the claim concerns. Legal checks are underway to confirm next steps

My husband and I loved the room. We were in the penthouse room 401. It had everything!!! Hopefully the next time we are able to come we are able to get the same room. We were also able to sit outside and enjoyed the air planes. Everything was perfect!!! There was nothing that we would change. We hate that we were not able to enjoy the hot tub downstairs. Maybe next time.
