The Natchez is the only property I will stay at when I’m in New Orleans. The property is amazing and aesthetically pleasing! Great service, cool outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and enough outdoor space to lounge and chill. Our girls trip was a huge success and everyone was comfortable and thoroughly pleased with our stay at The Natchez. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a place to lay your head. I’m confident you’ll enjoy the experience while creating lasting memories that will last a lifetime!

The room was very clean and staff was excellent! We enjoyed the space and the courtyard with the pool and hot tub. The only downside is the pool was crowded at times but that was probably due to the holiday weekend.

I cant say enough good things about our stay. Such spacious rooms with charm and character. The pool area was charming. Great for families who want space and want to be near the French Quarter without being in the crazy party zone. I couldnt ask for a better stay.

Very clean & beautiful stay. The main receptionist, Sandy, was very helpful & sweet. Very hospitable & i love that they send text messages to check in on you during your stay. I definitely will be returning. No complaints at all.

This place is amazing! Feels like you are in your own home, only better. Close enough to the activities of french quarter without being in the noise of all of it. Amazing place with the bonus of a en-suite with each bedroom. Will definitely come back!

I stayed here in a 3 Bedroom Suite for My Birthday just my wife and I. The minute we walked in we were so happy to smell the cleanliness! The unit had way more than enough space which I completely enjoy. The beds were SOOOOO COMFORTABLE and A1! I slept in late each morning! Sandy, Courtney and Forest were all a GREAT help and so kind! When I called in earlier than check in time to see if the room was ready, Sandy welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to check in smoothly. When I come back to NOLA there's no doubt that my preference would be to stay at The Natchez again!

The vacation rental was really nice and comfortable and would definitely stay here again my only complaint and not really with the property is the parking and cost $45 per day.

Overall, our group had a great stay. The property was pretty clean and comfortable. It’s a great set up for large groups. Many in my group commented on the comfortable beds and we also thought the showers were great. The staff was very friendly but left something to be desired as it relates to recommendations for dining in the area. Thankfully we had no issues finding all the delicious cuisine that NOLA has to offer. As some reviewers point out, the building overlooks an alley which leaves much to be desired. The location is incredibly convenient to most of the main attractions. Our group was able to walk to Bourbon Street, Casino, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, French Market, even Frenchmen Street. The city itself is full of great food, live music, and entertainment but it also has its fair share of crime and violence. While walking back from a night out around midnight, we heard several gunshots nearby and it turns out there was a drive by shooting a few blocks over on St. Charles. I only mention that as something to keep in mind as a traveler but don’t fault the property. I don’t know if we would come back to New Orleans but if we did, we’d probably stay at the Natchez.

We did see a truck get broken into across the street in the same parking lot we had to use so something to watch out for. The staff was great at communicating with us and we really enjoy the setup of the apartment the decor and overall stay

Stayed for one night. Overall good stay and location.

This is one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed at. Everything from location, staff, hotel, and room is perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. If they open any buildings in any other states, we will definitely book with them only.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit. Very nice and it accommodated our party of 9 people . Staff was especially nice.

We had a great stay. The front desk was great and had great advise on where to go and things to do. The rooms were spectacular! Even better than what we saw online. I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location. Close to all the good places downtown. When we come back, we’ll choose this place again.
