Just unacceptable service and very bad experience. AC doesn’t work, they send technician to fix twice and every time he say it’s working, but in the room was 80 degrees. At 10 pm move to another small room and have to stay 4 people in two person room, then left to wedding next day and they call and ask move my personal stuff next 30 minutes to another room or they will cancel reservation. Never see so BAD service like there. View from room just exceptional

This was hands down one of the best places to stay in NYC. Felt safe, great location, awesome staff, amazing amenities, very clean, beautiful rooftop, loved the gym as well as the laundry room. Luxury vibe, comfortable bed, 5 stars! Can’t wait to be back. Our 10 year old enjoyed it was well.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. I liked that the hotel sent a 'check-in' email to see how our stay was going. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in New York.

The rooms are very spacious and staff were friendly. However, the AC in my room was not cooling the room to the desired temperature. I informed the staff and they did nothing about it. It was a very uncomfortable and sleepless night.

We loved hanging out in the guest lounge as well. It was thoughtfully curated for relaxation! Any requests we had from front desk were quickly attended to by the great staff! We will be back!

The place is okay. But not a 4 star hotel. Sofa bed is good for kids and not for adults.

I got bed bug bites. The staff was unfriendly the room code wasn’t correct and took a LONG time to sort out. Would never stay here again
