Location, Convenience Nothing

The location is perfect and the breakfast were amazing

Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here

The room was dirty and the restroom smelled like mildew

Convenient to subway and cruises Construction outside, disturbing sleep at 7am

The location is excellent. The rooms are small but have what you need , we was satisfied. Also the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast option was a bit pure but it’s tasty . The bread is only 1 slice and the portion is small .

The bathroom sink was blocked for all of. my stay i reported it and yet it wasn’t sorted as well as the toilet was also blocked and when i called nothing was done

Room a bit small for 3 people. The sheets weren’t changed at all even when asked and was told informed that it was changed but wasn’t.

Peaceful and chill on my behave no problems at all

There were hairs all over the bathroom when we arrived. The room smelled musty, but that got better as we kept the AC cranked. This hotel needs to be renovated.

Overall a satisfactory stay. Very basic hotel. It was generally clean but outdated and room could do with a deep clean and renovation. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows, room size was fine, warm shower, breakfast was held in an Indian restaurant at the bottom of the hotel which worked fine. Staff were ok, minimal customer service / interaction - def room for improvement here. Good location central to Wall Street and plenty of restaurants and good food options such as Joes pizza. Good train station in and out of JFK with ease and excellent routes uptown into manhattan. Overall a good stay - room was basic but adequate. I would stay here again if the price was right.

A place to avoid. Do not get there before they fix their problems

The bed sheets were dirty and the carpet had nails. Like the last person that stood clip their nails and the staff didn't vacuum. Thankfully when we complain they came and changed the sheets and vacuum. The manager had a little attitude like it botherd her that we wanted the sheets changed. Also when we first arrived me and my husband asked what times is breakfast and the staff member at the front desk said our room didn't have the breakfast option. I never head of that.

Stayed 3 nights room was never serviced 2 nights has to ask for new towels. A/C was not working the first night ask the next morning for it to be repaired upon returning that evening a/c still not working asked to be repaired and front desk said maintenance repaired it but it still made squeaking noise all night and didn’t cool the room

Good place, but small room. Most of the lights in my room did not work. Staff were a bit brusque. Location is convenient.
