Artezen Hotel

Everything,the location is one of the best, close to Brooklyn bridge, statue of liberty, wall street and the world trade center. Staff are super helpful and attentive and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Pillow are a dream!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights while sightseeing NY. It’s conveniently located to walk to battery park (Liberty tour) and for hopping on subways to Times Sq/Empire St Bldg). Small but clean and functional room. Felt very safe as elevators require room keys to operate. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The location is great for touring lower Manhattan. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Would happily come again.

Management has failed to properly train this young man for this position, and supply him with the tools to provide excellent Concierge services.

Good location, small scale. Friendly staff! And the linens were top quality. We missed somewhere to congregate when the bar wasn’t open. Ended up eating breakfast in the lobby. It was also odd to have the extra mandatory fee for things like water when the room rates were already quite high .

This hotel was very nice in lower Manhattan. The staff were very friendly and polite. It’s located within walking distance of multiple metro stations, food, coffee shops and attractions. I was in NYC for an event in Brooklyn and this location worked fine for me. The room was clean and the space was adequate for my travel needs as I was traveling solo. I did not experience any issues during my stay. Just be advised that the Hide Rooftop bar is located in this hotel and using the elevators become difficult during the busy hours as a staff member had to manually control it when people trying to go to the bar.

The hotel fit the purpose of our trip perfectly. We honestly were barely here, only there to sleep and shower. Was honestly surprised how spacious the room was for New York. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and helped arrange transportation to and from the hotel and Newark. Perfect location to get on all the subways, would definitely stay here again.

Upon check in I asked for a quiet room. I also asked for a room on a higher floor to avoid the street noise They put us on the 2nd floor in a ADA room next to the elevator on a busy noisy street. Staff wasn’t helpful saying they were fully booked. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean. Doorman was hit or miss. Asked front desk twice for a new Kleenex box, but wasn’t delivered until housekeeping cleaned the next day.

The Artezen has significantly larger room and bathroom space compared to most hotels in NYC. The facilities were clean, fresh and modern, and well-located for about anything you’d need.
