Room sizes are a bit small

The most comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean! All the toiletries were great quality (I never use toiletries, but on this occasion it did ) Coffee and water replenished daily and housekeeping. Nothing, a great hotel, although we didn’t use the rooftop bar.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Overall good hotel and great value for NYC. I recommend it for sure.

Staff were always on hand to help and even open doors for you The Hide Rooftop Bar was good although the top section of the bar wasn't open whilst we were there Pizza was excellent along with happy hour coronas Couple of small issues in our room which I managed to fix myself We were given a lovely bottle of red wine as it was my 60th birthday trip View outside onto St John's street wasn't great tbh Noisy in the mornings as there was scaffolding and work going on opposite the hotel All in all 9/10

Very clean. Modern. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Loved the shower. Fiji water was supplied in the room. Enjoyed the potato chips as well. Nespreso machine in room. Didnt get a chance to check out the bar. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative was the $16 facility fee for the goodies (bottled water, Nespresso pods, etc.) that was included whether you used them or not.

The room is clean and all the staffs are very nice. However, the room size is at the small side and the facility is a bit outdated that some stains can be seen on the wall. The rate is quite reasonable and the location is quite convenient next to subway station and world trade center within 5 min walk. It’s a good place to stay for the budget travelers.

I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting NY.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a great location. There was a nice bar on the top floor. The room was very well-equipped for families

Water and coffee in the room. Proximity of WTC and Brooklyn Bridge. Nice staff. Clean, fresh, nice smelling rooms. The windows were openable (partly) so we could air the room. Air-conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good lighting in the room. Endless places to eat in the area. All was good.

Location was close to WTC and Fulton St. stations which made exploring NYC very easy. Coffee was not replenished everyday.

Our only complaint is the AC in the room is very strong and when it turned on it blew directly on the bed area. It did a great job cooling, but could be quite chilly and when it turned off it was too hot with the comforter. A lightweight blanket would be a great addition to the available linens in the room. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Steps away from several subway lines, with hundreds of great options for food and shopping! Stayed in one room with my husband and two teenage kids and we all slept for nearly 11 hours out first might because beds were comfy and room stayed quiet and dark. I forgot.my Kindle in our room and the hotel staff mailed it to me the next day! Everything was great! I only wish there was a place outside the room for our family to sit and play cards
