Good location to the venue we were going to. Staff service in the lounge is excellent and the game room was a hit. Air freshner is very floral to me and my sinuses did not like it.

It was well worth the extra price to upgrade to a city view. The rooms are "smaller" than many places but you are staying in the city after all. I enjoyed the modern appeal of this hotel too. Checking in was probably the worst experience out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby at the main entrance is super tiny so we took the elevator upstairs to check in by the bar. There were only 3 others in front of us and we waited in line about 45 minutes as their system kept giving them issues. It was also hard checking in our reservation as they said they couldn't find our booking reservation even though it was in the system .. the first guy behind the counter while apologetic, was clueless.

Evans (member of staff) was extremely helpful in helping us settle in and providing amenities we requested!

We stayed two nights. It was a good experience. The hotel is well located many things around, transport near by, and safe. Some construction around :(. The hotel have many games/board games in the bar/lobby area to have some fun. The staff was nice, rooms and hotel common areas are clean . The drinks at the bar are good.

We love the location but the bathroom was not clean properly. There was mold in the bathtub. Check in took forever and the room was very small.

The location was excellent, and the room offered stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and downtown. Breakfast was outstanding, with thoughtful substitutions to accommodate vegetarian preferences. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Nothing I could think of

Sink did not drain and we asked for it to be fixed and the hotel did not do anything. We also had to request housekeeping and they did not come. Overall hotel is nice and check in staff was friendly.

Was meant to have breakfast for 2 with room, which apparently was a $15 voucher per day - this is said 2 coffees was $17 so not sure how that covers breakfast - Room was really small - charged extra after booking was with all fees and taxes - so another $105 US - Location was good close to subway and a Joe’s Pizza - had a Dry Cleaner next door and had our washing done for $25 US which was a bonus
