Excellent property, very nice rooms, with great access to public transportation and downtown financial district.

Clean room at least 2 times a week?

Great services and location!

the female working check-in was incredibly rude to me and my guests! this was my first time staying (4 nights x2 rooms, spending over $3K) and I was overly friendly/cheerful/excited and even apologetic during our interaction; however, she spoke to me with annoyance and condescendence. she was bothered/inconvenienced by any question, did not tell there was a rooftop, did not provide the front door code or the wifi password. same staff member spoke down to my daughter on the elevator for simply going up to the rooftop. also one of the fridges didn’t work and one room ran significantly warmer than the other despite being set to same temp. thankfully the two gentleman in the evening/night and the doorman were friendly, approachable/helpful, and negated the unfriendliness of my check in. hotel rooms are generously spacious and very nice! i would stay again but request manager or other staff to avoid the first staff member. she made me and my guests feel uncomfy — and other guests at the hotel felt the same — it’s unfortunate bc she almost deterred us from ever coming back, but again, everyone else and the rooms made up for it!

There were a few things that did not work in our unit: the blinds, the dishwasher, and the thermostat. This isn’t a traditional hotel, there wasn’t even a phone in the room to call down to the front desk. Which means. I had to physically come down anytime I needed something.

Lovely place! My new favorite spot in the city. it’s spacey and you feel like home. I ll buy a room and live there if you guys are selling it ☺️

Great stay, excellent amenities, & spacious room especially with a toddler. Being steps away from a subway station made it super convenient. Water taxi & 9/11 memorial just a few blocks away. Excellent location and overall stay, I will definitely be returning! For reference, I used their bag check, lounge, laundry, and rooftop.

The property is located at a perfect spot if you plan on traversing the city via subway! Just doors down from Fulton St Station! I loved it all

The only thing I liked was the location and the room size The shower has not curtains, the AC was noisy, and the clean service needed to be paid extra, 100$ per cleaning!

Location was good for downtown activities. First, out room wasn’t ready when we arrived (which was 45 minutes after check-in). When we finally got in our room I discovered I didn’t get the room I booked and little was done to rectify the situation or simply communicate what was going on with the change in our room.
