I booked a two bed room and the reservation went through. After it went through the hotel called and said there was a glitch in the system and they only had king bed rooms available. I agreed to take the one king bed room and asked if I will be getting a refund for the difference in price. The hotel told me I had to reach out to Expedia, which I did. Expedia reached out to the hotel to see if they will refund me for the difference and the hotel refused to refund me for the difference. How is this my fault that there was a glitch in the system and I end up having to pay for a two bed room but instead only stayed in a one bed room. Awful.

The property was clean and secure as it is located within financial district nearby WTC and 9/11 memorial. Staff were very helpful and communicated to guests frequently via text. Room featured compact design but is uniquely suited for the business travelers and prolonged stays.

The staff is wonderful, especially the lady in the lobby. It’s sad we’ve never got her name, but she knows who she is because she was an excellent host. The rooms were tidy and the cleaning ladies came to check by every day. Clean warm towels and quick service. Would highly recommend.

Super location, friendly reception staff, and a great room for 5 people which kept the cost affordable. Loved the free washing machine usage and the small but perfectly adequate gym. The free breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful. I never saw all 3 lifts working leading to very long waits at rush hour (like when you’re trying to get to work on time). Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - some days very good, then the day I really wanted the room cleaned as I had friends joining me, my room was missed completely.

Stayed there a few times. Great service. Front desk people are very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent breakfast. Efficient service throughout. Very good gym, with many machines and weights.

Entry is on side street and not the posted address so using navigation to drive there resulted in us having to do a big loop through several blocks to actually find the entry. Other than that everything was fine.
