Perfect location! Always helpful and attentive team! I stay here with every NYC visit which is about every few months!

Beautiful Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and the location is everything and it had everything surrounding it just a short walk. Affordable food and drinks right in the hotel and the roof top patio is not large if you assume that but great for getting fresh air if you don’t want to go out the hotel and the indoor space adjacent to the outdoor area is large with bar and events. And the views! We’re viewing! (For the smokers) Just outside the hotel across the street is a seating area you can chill and have coffee. 9/11 memorial, museums, street art, 24 hour deli, boutique restaurants, shopping, stone street, the south street seaport and more all walking distance. Subway Hub right down the block to catch all trains even to Jersey. Water ferries also close by. Only thing that was a con in my opinion is that there are only two elevators and like 20 something floors I don’t remember so there’s a little wait especially around check out n check in times you might have to wait for another one to come they are not large either. I will definitely stay again and I’m a real New Yorker just moved to Florida 2 years ago so I’m keeping it 100! Ya heard!

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Wonderful staff & extremely clean. Love that there is no incidental charge at check in. They also have free baggage check both before & after your stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is about the 5th time I stay here. Great location, clean rooms. The lounge/bar are awesome with great cocktails by Duy (spelling?) the bartender. Same for the Cafe/Deli, great coffee, food and staff. Thank you to Marcos for the excellent service and hospitality! Cortados as they were meant to be made.

Good staff and clean hotel

It’s a quiet place in a quiet area.

Nice centralized location in the downtown financial district of NYC, easy to get around walking and nearby the metro station as well as nearby some touristy areas. Hotel is quite nice and has a cafe down in the lobby - staff was great too on check-in.
-
Only thing I would change is the size of the rooms, wish they were a little bigger but you don’t go to NYC to stay in a hotel room!

Was unsure to include the breakfast and it was definitely worth it! Everyone we met on the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was a great location for our needs, only stayed one night though

The hotel and rooms are boutique but not so bougie you feel uncomfortable, especially considering how good the prices are. The staff are excellent too, and made me feel welcome upon arrival. My only critique is that the hotel lobby can get cramped and crowded fast. It’s a bit small but there’s nothing they can do about that. My other nitpicks is that the rooms have what I call “short sink syndrome,” where the nozzle of the sink only extends far enough to clear the back of the basin, and washing your hands puts them right up against the back, resulting in water overflowing onto the sink surface (see picture for faucet in action). I recently encountered this in London at another hotel and for the first time in my life it made me consider faucet design. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but it does make me wonder how anyone designs (and chooses) faucets like this. That aside the beds are super comfortable, the internet speed is good (and simple) and I am looking forward to my next opportunity to stay here. It might be FiDi’s best kept secret.

Staff were courteous, and helpful, premises were clean, elevators were quick. Booked 2 rooms, in both rooms we noticed a lot of clicking sounds with AC turning on and while running, but not unbearable. One room had very small mini fridge, other room had adequate sized mini fridge with freezer and a microwave.

Managers very helpful ……………

Shampoo but no conditioner? For $500 per night I'm thinking you can spring for both. It seemed they welcome male travelers. Do you not have any women booking? Not this one anymore!
-
Amazing stay, breakfast purchase in advance is a good deal given the area of town you're in. The views are amazing.

Pleasantly enjoyed my stay at the cloud one. Right next to the World Trade Center so if you get a corner room it’s well worth it and it’s very close to garages and stores including a 24/7 7/11! Definitely plan on staying again here.

Elena at the front desk allowed us to check in early. she was very gracious and kind. the hotel’s coffee shop 2-men staff were very polite and patient. the hotel is walking distance to the 9/11 memorial museum and the I ❤️ NY Gift Shop and also walking distance to shops, groceries deli. It’s a very good location…Value for Money. I forgot to take photos of the room ? nothing
