This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay in when we visit NYC. It is walkable to tons of shops and restaurants and not too long of a subway or uber ride to time square, Central Park and other sights in the city. Highlights recommended!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in New York.

Good location. Free breakfast not as good as Best Western. Awful coffee and no juices offered. Cold bakery goods. No toasters, microwave, or auto espresso like every nice European Hotel. This is a Marriott on Manhattan Island. It felt like a Howard Johnsons

I love the area, the amenities and the convenience of options to eat, and I just love the customer service I didn’t have a Hudson Riverview hotel

Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite.

Generally a good 4 star hotel in lower Manhattan away from the madness of Times Square. The lack of working lifts to the higher floors (above 16) was problematic in that a 15 minute wait happened at peak times.

The Marriott is located next to Ground Zero, transportation, attractions, etc. The FIDI area is a bit calmer than midtown, which is why we chose FIDI. The room was comfortable including bed, shower, quiet, and it had two chairs! WiFi and TV stations were great.

The front desk staff were so unfriendly that it made us feel unwelcome. It was honestly disappointing. However, every other staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and helpful.
