Great pre-cruise stay, great location, close to 9/11 m & m, mass transit,& other notable experiences.

This hotel hit us up with and additional $45 per night fee at check in. This was over and above the rate that we booked at and had already paid for. This was basically described as an additional fee just because they figured they could squeeze it out of you. This practice is completely unacceptable!!!

Location! There was a stomping noise going on all night and day. Cause by metal structure or elevator cables. Very disturbing.

This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay in when we visit NYC. It is walkable to tons of shops and restaurants and not too long of a subway or uber ride to time square, Central Park and other sights in the city. Highlights recommended!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in New York.

Good location. Free breakfast not as good as Best Western. Awful coffee and no juices offered. Cold bakery goods. No toasters, microwave, or auto espresso like every nice European Hotel. This is a Marriott on Manhattan Island. It felt like a Howard Johnsons

I love the area, the amenities and the convenience of options to eat, and I just love the customer service I didn’t have a Hudson Riverview hotel

Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite.
