Chill laid back staff, easy check in process, I would book again. The view is crazy.

I liked the view, the window was taped shut. The add on booking.com said 2 room 2 double beds which you do not get, bit of a scam. Parking was not easy, however the parking guy victor was very nice. The fridge did not work, no microwave. 3 out of 10 for me really. Would not recommend.

Our initial room smelled like mildew and had crusty scum in the shower. I asked for another room but they didn't have any so we had to upgrade. The room was better and didn't smell, but the shower was still questionable so we bought flip-flops. There was only one working elevator and then it was down and we had to use the service elevator.. the bar was closed off. I joked that this was a "sneaky link" hotel. Other tenants comment s that they hated the hotel while riding the elevator with them.

The hotel was ok at best. There was only one elevator working during the time I was there and there was over 30 floors. Then that elevator stopped working so we had to use another side one and it just was not easy to get back and from the hotel. You’d have to wait like 5 mins just to get on. The hotel itself even looks so outdated. But the staff was pretty nice

There was no extractor on the bathroom, it was not a hait dryer tho, and the smoke of weed disturbed us a few times in the morning of any other guest.

We really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the thoughtful upgrade made our stay even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Washington Hotel!

Great Boutique Hotel in a Convenient Location The Washington Hotel was a cute boutique hotel in a great location. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities were easily accessible, which made our stay very convenient. We were also close to the World Trade Center, and the beautiful waterfront was just a short distance away. The train station was nearby, making it easy for us to get to Yankee Stadium for the Jay-Z concert. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in the Wall Street District with easy access to sightseeing, dining, shopping, and transportation, this is a great option. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

2nd stay here was horrible. Elevators were broken for most of our trip, the room looked like it needed renovations done and we were just told that All the rooms looked like that… not okay. When the pictures show different. No impressed at all
