Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The pictures shown of the hotel do not depict the real thing. Only thing good about this hotel was my view of World Trade Center One and its proximity to other highlights of NYC. The room was not clean- I found two wrappers on the ground and the bathroom floor was gross, it was over two hours past check in when our room was finally ready and the manager had to get involved, there is not a bar or restaurant, there was only one working elevator and the elevator doors didn’t shut all the way.

It definitely need attention to be considered 5 stars. The lobby bar is closed permanently and the furniture needs to be replaced. The rooms have several esthetic issues. It’s just worn out. But price is right

The staff was very nice, from the gentleman at the street level to the check in staff. They were all very kind and helpful. The air conditioning worked perfect even on a scorching hot day.

This hotel is perfect for a quick getaway. The staff were so helpful during my stay. My room was good, perfect for a solo trip. The only thing is that I could hear the other room close & shut their door which was directly across from my room. However, the location is convenient not too far from Joe’s Pizza & walking distance with the World Trade Center Memorial.

The view from our room was beautiful, but the room and overall property could really use a facelift. For the price and location, I expected a much better experience. While our stay was okay overall, I left feeling a bit disappointed.
