Location Hotel

The location is convenient. Hotel room is clean and quiet.

The rooms could be a little more clean and maybe have a bit more amenities.

The view from our room was incredible! Room was cleaned every day and it is right near almost every subway station, so very convenient. It was quiet at night and we had a lovely stay. We will be back!

Bedding was never changed from when we checked in. The bathroom sink had pink film around the rim of the drain (in tailing it had not been cleaned in a long time) the restroom smelt like a parks restroom. And housekeeping will only come in and replace sample size bottle shampoo and make the bed IF there’s nothing on the bed.

I personally will not go back. I want to wake up to a cup of coffee not have to leave and go to a nearby hotel to get a cup of coffee. They advertise complementary coffee on thew 2nd floor this is not true and there isn't a pot in the rooms so I will not be back

Room was not clean

It's a fine place if you need somewhere to stay, but 2/3 elevators were broke and the other one felt super sketchy, but the rooms were decent and the price/location was good so if you're on a budget, it's a solid choice, but if you're only wanting luxury, you'd wanna look elsewhere

Staff was friendly and they accommodated an early check in. Great communication. Room was spacious and pretty clean. Great view. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work but luckily they weren’t the main lights.

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Wish the front deck is more professional.

Perfect location and views, comfortable bed and clean room with nice esthetic. The main elevator was out during our stay and we had to use the maintenance elevator which made getting to our room difficult at times. However, I would still stay here again.

Exceptional

Our View from the 15th floor was amazing!!!! Checking in was a breeze! The young lady was very helpful when we first checked in and housekeeping did an amazing job as well!!! Super Kind!! The surrounding area is great and we had a great view of the 9/11 memorials. Short walk to the subways, our travels to Times Square took about 20 mins which wasn’t bad at all. For the price we paid I would say it was worth it. The only downside was our room didn’t have a fridge, and the bathroom ventilation did not work, but overall 10/10!! I would recommend!
