The key cards kept on not working, the girl that day was super rude and did not believed us and basically implied we are dumb we had to film a video and she had to come to the room to check because she just wouldn't believe us. They never explained about the hanger to get the room cleaned, I found it on the closet hidden on the last day but I was out most of the day and came back to a room not cleaned, if they would have explained this at check in it would ve helpful. The staff doesn't speak english, english is not my first language either, but no being able to communicate to some of their staff is frustrating. Beds are old and not comfy, the AC was leaking water they fixed it. Other than that location is great, is cheap and has a kitchen that makes it convenient.

Nothing to complain about. Standard hotel in the city, which is NOT a complaint!

Basic shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower-no body lotion and none available at the front desk. We were provided with one washcloth. No coffee machine in the room but coffee was availabe in the front lobby only in the AM-no tea. Even on a 115 degree day outside no rooms are available until 3PM and no room in the lobby to cool off. There is a convenience store with tables right next door. The bed was firm and no charging port so bring a wall charger. Overall the hotel has a convenient location.

Would not redo this hotel

We spilled some water on the floor but when we wiped it up, the rags went from white to black from how dirty the floor was..

Room was decent. But strangely had no mirror. Staff was very nice. Overall OK experience.

Like everywhere in NYC, you cannot escape construction noise or road noise or garbage truck noise. However this little hotel was fantastic for our week stay in NYC.

Basically, if you are looking for a cheap place stay just for 1-3 nights and you are not a nitpicker, then this place will do.

Convenient, clean, nice rooms. Not large but comfortable.

The location is insanely convenient with shopping and transport and food and sightseeing all close by. The room we stayed in had an apartment sized refrigerator and microwave, small kitchen table and a good size bathroom. It felt like staying in an apartment which was a fun experience, playing house with all the fancy business-folks. There’s definitely some window noises throughout the night but we were there to experience the city so it didn’t bother us any.

Fine. Overpriced and the air conditioner was insanely loud and rattled all night. Not great but fine.

Nice staff and good location Took very long to get hot water in the shower

The key cards never worked, we had to continually go to the front desk - so they could work. I have to ask the staff to clean the room and provide us with towels. Tv volume could not be adjusted. It’s an excellent location- however the rest is not up to snuff.

They only thing I would recommend is a microwave in the room..

Nothing it was terrible and looked so dirty the floors were all concrete and the air conditioner was blasting. We had a window that had a view of some garage with some random messy hotel supplies that we can’t access to because it’s messy and unwalkable. The shower walls don’t look like they’ve been deep cleaned just the overall atmosphere was so gross we decided we had to switch hotels on the 2nd day even though we already paid for the rest of the week and couldn’t get a refund/cancel. The next hotel was so much better and we realised the massive difference and how low effort Tribeca fidi hotel was. It’s a shame/absurd they use the word Tribeca when it’s nothing like the most affluent NYC suburb they don’t deserve to call it that at all. Will never stay there again. It’s so bad that I just dreaded coming back to the hotel after exploring and walking so much around NYC.
