Comfortable beds. Good bathroom with large mirrors, and hairdryer provided. Room always clean. Perfect location. Easy to reach by local transports
-
Lounge and location were great at a reasonable price Whish the room was just a bit bigger. It was hard to manage luggage around the bed.
-
Location was amazing! Views were gorgeous! Hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and the included breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

The room is listed on the website as having a "city view," but in reality, there is only a small, high-set window; you can see the city only if you look from a specific, awkward angle and really strain to see it. The room itself and its furnishings are outdated. The highlight: Breakfast was a letdown. It was very limited, and there was a complete lack of balance between the number of hotel guests, the dining capacity at any given time, and the size of the staff in the café. It was overcrowded and slow—it simply took away any desire to go to breakfast.

Very convenient area near all the trains and what a view of the downtown skyline! No dressers in the room! I stayed in a Motel One in Barcelona and there were no dressers there either, but that room was super small. My room in NYC and it was HUGE! There was plenty of room for a dresser. It’s something a guest needs. I’m not staying with my bestie. I’m paying to stay in a hotel. I deserve to not have to live out of my suitcase. That is the only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 10 out of 10.

I love everything about this hotel! Unfortunately, there’s surge pricing happening all over NYC…sadly, this hotel (and all the others in NYC) has gone up in price astronomically in the last 11 months…
-
it was clean, especially the bathroom and well located. The pictures made the room look like it was new and big and nice but it wasn't. Breakfast was bad. Overall it should have been way less expensive up to $150 max per night. Which is not what I paid.

The location, clean room, close to shops, food location and staff was excellent. The bed was uncomfortable.
-
It was clean and quiet, we were on the 17 th floor and did not hear a thing from the outside. It was central to everything we wanted to see ( World Trade Center, the river and excellent shopping) The area around the hotel seemed very safe, and walkable. The room could have done with some more drawers to put your clothes but otherwise it was great.

Very good
-
The location was very convenient That the only room they had with glass walls in the corner was taken, they should make more of those rooms which was the reason why I booked that hotel
-
Location, efficient service. While we were accommodated earlier than check in time we were placed in a floor right above the noisy bar. I was at least expecting them to tell us this - then we would have a choice whether to accept or wait for a later check in at a different t floor. By not telling us, they kinda made the choice for us
-
Great location to the 911 Museum! Comfortable beds and clean rooms!
-
Great location near WTC. Amazing views from rooftop bar. Definately recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the Cloud One. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite small but clean with updated bathrooms. The 6th floor lounge has so much potential. It had a cool atmosphere, and nice patio, with great views. The bartender was meh, and shared just how much he wanted to go home with us. I wish he put as much effort into making our drinks as he did complaining. Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay again
