Great views from our room and a great location.

Took awhile to get the room inspected at check in

Before parking asks all the details. Because they are ridiculous

Staff were very helpful getting us settled in. I also appreciate the free distilled water, great to have on a hot day.

Loved it

When we arrived we were told our room would be ready in 90 mins. We waited in the lobby for 105 mins before asking the desk. A different employee (first was no where to be found) told us the people in our room had not even checked out yet and were leaving “soon.” Another 90 mins later we finally got on our room. The house man and security woman were wonderful. The others were rude and not helpful. We were offered vouchers for breakfast and told to contact Expedia for a $100 credit. We would not recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying here. Very kind, attentive staff, who helped us with all our wishes. The location is very nice, with shopping and laundry facilities nearby. Thank you for your conscientious work!

The building itself is a bit old but there’s no odor at all.

Gym was small and didnt have a whole lot.

Great location. Close to the subway and to 2 minute walk to the 9/11 memorial and museum. Staff were helpful and the room was always cleaned and everything our family needed was available.

Toilets clogged, shower water gets backed up continuously

We ran into a couple of minor issues during our visit, but they were handled quickly and professionally. The team either resolved the problem right away or provided a thoughtful solution, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that they run a very organized operation. Be sure to read the instructions, policies, and check-in information they provide, as they are clear and there for a reason. Following their guidelines will make your stay even smoother. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality!

Lobby is dated, all of it is dated, to make matters worse, the roof top restaurant closes at 10pm on Saturdays, come one, give me a break, it's the best they got because of the view and they close it at 9pm every night except Saturday. Funny I personally won't ever stay here. I don't get what I pay for Wall paper is coming off at some walls inside rooms Water filter at each floor to fill up the bottles will work great if water would taste good, but smelks and tastes bad. Not a good experience You guys can try it and if you like it and have different opinion, I respect it, not for me

Right when we walked in, we seem got a very welcoming greeting from Steven and Francis. Both of them were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us which we greatly appreciated after a long road trip if I ever travel again to New York, this is the only hotel I will stay in again. The view was amazing. The rooms were clean, and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. Very close to the freedom tower, twin tower memorial, & 9/11 memorial.
