This place is like a dorm. Windows are tiny and have no light. Meager bathroom. Clean but with a dingy vibes. Feels like 1970s New York. And yet over $400/per. Only advantage is location, but you definitely only want to sleep in the room.

Overall pretty decent location and well maintained hotel with friendly staff.

Great location near WTC with easy access to subways to go uptown. Within walking distance of the Staten Island ferry. We had a room with a balcony looking on to the WTC. Spectacular. The room was spacious and well appointed. All staff were helpful and courteous. Nothing

Great experience! The rooms are spacious with great views. Check in and check out we’re particularly smooth. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready early. Staff was super helpful. Love they are pet friendly. Also loved having a kitchenette. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay there again!

I feel awful as I have forgotten the ladies name who works on the front desk was so lovely and helpful.

Location is perfect, room was not spacious but comfortable, the view from 17th floor was phenomenal, and all credits for free chilled water in the hallway. Bathroom sink outside of bathroom (between bedroom and living room) was something unexpected but this is no reason for minus.

My daughter, our friends, and I enjoyed our stay at Club Quarters! We loved the location - only a few blocks from multiple train line stations and next to 9/11 Memorial! We enjoyed the spacious room (compared to other NYC properties at same price point) and the view from our huge window! We really appreciated the bottle water fillers on each floor & in the lobby! We also enjoyed the Nespresso machines in the room and coffee/tea options in the lobby! We felt safe walking to/from the train stations and sightseeing; there will definitely be more foot traffic once the new tower is built across the street! Highly recommend, and we plan to come back for another stay!
