The staff was super nice and very helpful. Very clean rooms

Rooms were spacious, hotel restaurant had great food and easy for a quick meal before heading out. Corner room with view of Trinity Church was also a pleasant experience.

The fitness was huge for an NYC hotel! I have nothing but good things to say about my four night stay.

Rooms were neat and clean

Great stay! Loved accessibility to the subway. Easy to navigate uptown and downtown and drops you right at the front door of the hotel. Perfect for late night transit. Area is walkable and feels very safe (we were two female travelers). Printemps department store is a block away and a must see! Hotel bar is a good deal - loved the espresso martini. Only thing missing was wine glasses or any glasses in the rooms so bring your own if that’s a thing for you. You also can’t take bar glasses to your room. Other than that, I highly recommend this location. Will definitely return.

compactness and availability of many items and facilities. I liked the gym, though, there could 1-2 more key gym equipment to make it more comprehensive. Room had everything we needed, but there could be more coffee capsules, that's all, Not much to add.

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are clean. There is nothing to complain about. The air conditioning can be turned off and it doesn't make a noise. It was 30C outside and it wasn't needed for us Europeans We liked everything

10/10 hotel! The staff were so accommodating and helping us get checked in and holding onto our bags so we could go explore before check in time and even after we checked out. The whole hotel smells clean and looks newly renovated. Our room was a corner king room and it had the most amazing view of nyc and trinity church. Also it was so convenient having the subway stop right across the street. I would absolutely stay there every single time I come back to to city!

One of the best

Although the room was small, even by NYC standards, it was extremely comfortable with all the features needed for a very relaxing stay: coffee machine & pods, bedside tables on each side of the bed; outlets on each side of the bed; fabulous shower; wonderful personal care products; plenty of hangers; small refrigerator; and safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean! Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Restaurant's menu was fairly limited in terms of vegetarian options. We had difficulty connecting our laptop to the television. It didn't seem to work.

Good location for Statue of Liberty.

Staff was fantastic. Arielle and Hersey were helpful at the front desk, when I called prior to my visit, and holding my bag in a secure area. Very friendly, caring, and helpful! Also, the bartender that worked yesterday (Monday morning, 6/15) was so pleasant filling up my water bottle - she brightened my morning!

Staff here was so friendly and helpful it broke the usual nyc stereotypes. Rooms super small but clean. Centrally located and convenient
