Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District by IHG

Didn’t really use amenities but everything was cute and nice.

Room was spacious even with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was very clean and again spacious. I was really surprised with the room size given it’s in NYC, The staff was very friendly and our request for additional towels was addressed right away. Will definitely go back there another time

My stay was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff and wonderful.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Very conveniently located. Subway just around the corner. In house restaurant is very nice, as well as the bar. Room has always been very clean and the staff has always been helpful. This is what I would consider our “ go to” hotel when we travel to NYC.

I have stayed consistently at this hotel my last few visits. I come in a few times a year due to work my office is a minute away. The staff are always friendly super helpful. the hotel is clean and comfortable. typically the rooms are small. A few nights later I came back with my daughter who stayed with me and i made a note in the reservation and they accommodated with a larger room much more suited for two people at the same price, which was so nice. we loved our stay. i reserved through booking and although it was pay at property so no fee to agent i was disappointed that that night (august 17) didn't count towards my rewards as i had assumed it did when i booked.

Very good

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The property and room were clean without a lot of extra noise. We did not use the bar or eat breakfast at the restaurant. The location was a great location for my family. There were multiple subway hubs close to the area. We would stay at Hotel Indgio at Trinity again.
