Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District by IHG

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Although they were unable to transfer the points I earned from this reservation to my IHG account, they were still helpful in assisting me with other requests and making sure I had what I needed. They also provided the missing supplies and did their best to accommodate me. Overall, I appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help. The housekeeping not happend everyday , I had to ask for towels and such.

A well-priced choice downtown in NYC. This was booked last minute, but was a lot cheaper than most, and still pretty nice. The TV didn't work, and we didn't get hot water in the morning, but the location and the rest was good.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel -- clean room, comfortable beds, great location, helpful staff. Only downside is that the elevators are very busy and used by both staff and guests. For a building of this size, with this many floors and this many rooms, they need more elevators including several dedicated staff service elevators, since the current elevators just make the staff's jobs much harder as they have to wait for free elevators or shove their carts in with guests. But that said, I'd stay here again.

Perfect location just around One WTC! The room is quite small for 4 (we had one with two Queen size beds ) but absolutely ok for Manhattan! Unfortunately, there was some misunderstandings regarding our breakfast. We had a booking for 4 including breakfast. However the hotel issued us an bauchet only for two. They made the correction after we complained. however the hotel should clearing with breakfast staff what exactly is included to the voucher. At the end they aged us to pay for juice despite the fact that at the beginning we were told one juice and one hot drink like coffee per person are included.

The hotel is clean and smells great in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Always greeted you with a smile. It is in a great location with the subway right outside. I would definitely stay there again.

I really recommend this hotel, firstly because of its clean and reasonably spacious rooms. The rooms also include bathrooms with spacious showers. Secondly, the breakfast is very generous and tasty. Last but not least, its location allows you to visit Lower Manhattan on foot, and it’s also very easy to reach all the must-visit places in Manhattan. If you have any kind of problem, you can always ask the kind and helpful receptionists for assistance. We couldn't modify the a/c power.

This hotel was AMAZING! 4 stars is the appropriate rating! The customer service was excellent each and every time I interacted with the staff! Whether it was at the bar, at the front desk, in the elevator, everyone was always soooo nice! The rooms were exceptionally clean! The beds were so comfortable! And it was quiet! We stayed on the 17th floor and only heard a few honks from time to time. Other than that, this hotel was amazing! Well worth the price! Will stay again whenever I’m in the financial district!

Comfy bed, semi spacious room (for NYC) and very clean with friendly staff

I arrived at 5:15 and the room was not ready. I was not advised of this and was assigned to a room for people with disabilities, which I did not book. The room was comfortable and clean. I requested a room on a lower floor because I do not take elevators. My request was not honored.
