The location is very very good . It’s near world trade center (few steps) Breakfast should be improved you have 25$/person to spend for it and it’s just something to take off like a croasant some oat porridge or stuff like that and It’s very sad that you don’t have a space for a buffet breakfast, if you implement will be a plus for the hotel

The views were unbeatable, and everything was so comfortable and convenient . In spite of being sick in bed my entire stay, I would highly recommend this property again

Great place to stay. Quieter than midtown which was nice for our young family. Lots of good restaurants in the area and plenty to see. Excellent tube connections. Beautiful views too! Nothing really - They could have refilled the tea and coffee station a bit better on a daily basis but now I am nitpicking.

I contacted them well in advance informing them I need to check in by 12 or 1 pm, they said they will try. I told them I would not have booked this hotel if you disclosed the check in time. On the day of my trip, I arrived at about 12:30 pm. They charged me $100 early check in fee !!!!!!!

Location The breakfast is poor for a 4 star hotel which is not a cheap one. I would expect a buffet breakfast but you have a fixed one to choose from. It should be more noticeable when you book

Room is ok. Location is excellent! With the price paid, I as m expecting breakfast to be provided. Pillows are too soft. Mattress not firm. This caused backache.
