Staff, property decor and architecture were outstanding. Food offerings in the main dining area were observed as ‘off’ by many of our international guests. A bit more focus on reliable continental cuisine offerings would be appreciated - from a flavor profile perspective

The concierge team was excellent and provided exceptional service. The hotel is beautiful and feels like stepping back in time. Our room was spacious and lovely, and we were able to check in early for a small additional fee. The water in the shower was not hot enough. At breakfast, we had to wait in line for the restaurant as though we were walk-in guests, despite being hotel guests who had already paid for breakfast. The breakfast dishes were disappointing.

I usually do not stay in this area of Manhattan. My business partner suggested it, so I booked it. I was expecting just an average hotel experience. However, I honestly was very impressed from start to finish. The staff in all aspects of the stay were excellent: housekeeping, check-in, restaurant, etc. The rooms were larger than expected and certainly for NYC. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was fantastic. Fitness center was small, but had everything you need and all the equipment was in good working order. The restaurant was very nice, great vibe, and very helpful staff. Without question, I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with stunning architecture. Clean, comfortable room, fast check-in, and a great breakfast and dinner selection. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!
