Made Hotel

Perfect location. The room was decorated beautifully. The bed was super comfy. All the staff were very kind. One of the two elevators was not working my entire stay. I wish the room had a fridge. I also wish there was either free water in the rooms or refill stations somewhere.

The rooftop had amazing views, the lobby/cafe was beautiful and the room was really nice too! The complimentary coffee is a really nice touch and great quality too! Some of the areas felt less cared for than others. The room was super clean but the smell wasn’t great. Part of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and others not so much. So I’d say generally speaking, it just felt a bit inconsistent.

Make sure you ask for a room that is not above the patio area in the back, people talk all night! Also if you have a room that flanks the elevator, you hear it all night/every time it moves. There is SO much noise in this building - and not from the street, like from the actual building

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences! Amazing staff, incredibly lobby/coffee shop and bar. Roofdeck with Hannah bar also awesome. And the playlists were spectacular!

Great little spot in midtown! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and very chic. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side (as is expected in that area) so likely works best for couples or single travelers and not families. Good coffee (included) from the cafe downstairs and a nice rooftop bar. Will stay again!

Excellent location -close to all the main attractions yet on a ‘quiet’ side road. Breakfast was amazing. The views from the rooftop bar were great. Hotel was stylish and quirky - very attractive. Very comfy bed and pillows. Room was nice and dark, fantastic shower and the easiest safe to use, we have ever come across in hotels! Only 1 lift working throughout our stay. No wardrobes or drawers to put any clothes in. We were at the hotel for 5 nights and it would have been nice to unpack a little.

Great location...staff are very helpful. Bar and coffee shop in lobby are great. No gym and only one elevator (one was broken I guess). They told me you could go to Equinox and get a day pass but Equinox said they did not allow that. Rooms are fine and comfortable.

Lindo hotel… muy buena ubicacion

Staff was very sweet and accommodating. The room was aesthetically pleasing and clean! The bed was so comfortable. There was only one working elevator. So many times I had to take the stairs and walk up 8 flights. That was uncomfortable after a day walking all over the city.
