Excellent location. Waiting time for the elevator - it was very busy at peak times and there was a long line for the lifts.

Good location. Nice front-of-house staff. Clean Extremely disappointed to be wrongly charged $7USD for a bottle of water which we did not drink. Attempted to contact the hotel 5 times by email, to which I have still received no response, including an email to the general manager. I have serious concerns about the billing practices of this establishment. On top of this, the shower was leaking heavily directly on to the bedroom floor upon every use.

Location is amazing. Nice And quiet, did not hear our neighbors. It needs a kettle and it took awhile for a second blanket to arrive.

Excellent location. The windows are amazing. Good views. Large bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good free coffee available in the am. Soundproofing. We had some neighbors who played music quite loudly for large portions of the day. The shower leaked into the room.

Moxy hotel Chelsea is in a great location. Easy to walk to several NYC landmarks and 28th street subway at the dnd of the road. Great little food locations nearby. Our twin room was great, small but practical with super comfy beds. We went to the bar downstairs and on the second level several times and enjoyed chatting to the staff, who were all lovely. Nothing!

The staff was super friendly. Great location. Hotel was very modern and overall good stay. Found a bit of mildew/mold growing in shower door as I was using the restroom. Also, one night I was showering and smoke alarm in my room went off. Went to call downstairs and my phone did not work.

Not so good

Perfect location close to subway stations and pen station, easy access to everything. 20$ everyday in the cafe for breakfast. Issues with the AC was fixed quickly. View was totally amazing. Cannot dream of a better place for our NYC stay. We would definitely come back. The only thing was maybe a lack of space to put our things like clothes but everything else made it forgettable

Good design, friendly staff, fun room, good food and drink, good location

Quiet room The sliding doors are cumbersome. NYC is known for the yellow cab, unique. When I ask the best place to catch a cab, don't suggest ride share. As it turned out timing was perfect, yellow cab was open for a ride. Excellent

Exceptional

This was a clean, fresh hotel with great location in Chelsea. The bed was great and The rooms were very bright with wall to wall windows, and comfortable. I would have appreciated dual reading lights in bed (only one) and a fan in bathroom. Didn’t appreciate $40 resort fee but $20 is returned in food drink credit.
