The room was clean and just like in the pictures, good AC, easy access The doorman is there for decoration literally walked away everytime we would head towards the door, even with our travel bags he ignored us and walked off. Just rude!

I loved the location of this hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily. They were so great to was able to check in at 1:00. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was that because of the lack of transparency. It was advertised the property with a restaurant rooftop and a gym and they were both under construction. I was looking forward to spending my evenings at the rooftop. Other wise everything was great. I will stay again, hopefully next time the amenities will be available.

Property is old and in the process of being remodeled. Not all rooms are suitable for guests. My 70 year old mother’s room not only did not have a working A/C unit it only worked as a heater in the middle of NYC summer. We asked for a change and were told no other rooms were available. Asked for a refund to go to a different hotel and front desk responded claims need to be submitted by email and response received within 3 days. How does that help staying for 3 nights? Front desk personnel have no authority to provide any solutions and there’s no manager available during night hours. Terrible experience

Nothing the place is poor run down . The plumbing kept blocking up and overflowing onto the floor had to keep getting naintanance to com unblock. The Aircon was hot not cold someone came and changed filters but it never made a differance to the temp. The place is poorly managed and the up keep of the property is quite Appalling and in my feelings we have been Ripped off. Value for money is Really not there. I believe we should get A FULL REFUND.

The hotel is clean and efficient. Its breakfast menu is limited but sufficient; croissants, yogurt, fruit, coffee & tea. If it had a swimming pool I would rate it even higher. It's very nice to come out in the morning when the flower shops up and down the street have put their plants out.

Very cozy. Great location in Manhattan. Staff and housekeeping were great. Nothing crosses my mind. Wish they had a points/reward system.

My husband and I stayed for three nights and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for us. The parking was a short walk away and restaurants were nearby. We went to the Rush concert so MG was super close and the area is very walkable. We had a nice stay. Thank you!

Little to no AC and it was a super hot weekend. Too few towels although we made it work. Inexpensive price, so you get what you pay for. It’s a standard stay.

The room was clean, and cleaned everyday whether I wanted it to be cleaned or not. The AC was horrible could not adjust it below 68 and the fan speed was one speed. The room was HOT!!!! Very HOT. I had to buy a fan. I read other reviews saying the same thing. I should've have stayed somewhere else. Then some how after 8 days it miraculously was working for the last night. Despite Expedia advertising it had laundry facilities and a Gym, it did NOT! Also there was only one place to get ice! In the basement. I was on the 16th floor. I got stuck down there cause the elevator did not return and there's no stairs to escape. Close to subway. Close to Penn station. the continental breakfast was blah! No Idea if the coffee was coffee, or if it was decaf or not.

The staff were amazing. I am assuming there were restrooms on the first or fitness center floor, but there was no signage? It might be nice to offer something savory as part of the breakfast buffet.

Great location close to subway stops and lots of restaurants.
