Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money

Not very functional. Multiple things were broken in the room, including AC. Breakfast is bad. Random accidental charges on my credit card.

This is my go-to hotel in NYC. Centrally located near MSG, Empire State Building/Herald Square and FIT. Easy to go east or west, north or south. My room had issues with the TV remote and the AC but engineering came and fixed them immediately. If you're staying for more than one night, request a street-facing room or else you'll be facing a building. Room was clean, everything is nearby and staff was helpful.

Breakfast was awful and provide almost nothing.
-
Very disappointing stay. Our first room had no pillows and a broken AC with parts everywhere on the floor, we request a change and the second room had the same issue. The receptionist was rude, refused to offer a solution, and told us to wait until the next day for a technician despite the 90°F weather. We had no choice but to request a refund and book another hotel. Very poor customer service.

No slipper were provided.

The location and friendly staff The AC wasn’t working but they came in to fix it in less than 5min and there’s was a door or window making noise the whole night and bed and pillows were not very comfortable

Dirty bathroom Furniture all damaged

The location is perfect, walkable to Penn Station and Times Square, on a block with wholesale flower shops and taquerias. Friendly and helpful staff The hotel looks a bit shabby, could use some freshening up. Towels in our bathroom were frayed, and housekeeping forgot to bring clean hand towels and bathmat. Breakfast was poor, pastries and coffee with very limited selection of fruit and yogurts.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had enough space for two adults and our luggage. Our street view was fabulous (all the flower shops) and the shower was fantastic.
-
Room was stuffy and hot, the bathroom not well maintained, towels were unraveling

When we needed assistance for anything, the staff would always help to the fullest extent. The gym is tiny and lacking of equipment and space. The breakfast is little to no food except pastries and not great coffee. It’s adversities that they have a rooftop bar which they in fact, do not anymore. The place is a little run down, but I can tell they’re trying to make it better and they did a good job at taking care of us.

cleanliness, no AC

Perfect location in the flower district. Super nice staff, held our luggage upon arrival/departure as we did things during the day. Very pleasant room.

The breakfast, although continental, was quite weak. Not sure about the 4 star rating, more like 3 stars.

Location Breakfast, room size

The property is definitely starting to show its age; there was quite a bit of construction throughout the hotel and the fitness center was completely closed during my stay. Their "continental breakfast" was just a variety of pastries and some assorted fruits; only ate breakfast there once. The rooms were fine - nothing special, but I've certainly stayed in worse. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room, there were a few areas with obvious crumbs and stains.

The location was great and the staff was really accommodating and nice. We stores our bags while waiting for the room and the next day while we went to a museum. The doorman was excellent.

Looked cute for the outside and Lobby, close walk to msg and Times Square. It’s dirty , we had no AC at all in our room. Toilet non stop running and wouldn’t flush right. Staff is lazy and inconsiderate. Had to ask them 6 times about our AC no one came and helped out at all.
