Hotel Hayden

The room was clean but paint needs touch up. Made it feel dingy. Property was clean. Breakfast was plain. Try better coffee & more hot breakfast but the complimentary is always a plus for something light and quick. Staff was nice and helpful. Wish the ice machine wasn’t in the basement and there’s no doors on the shower. Other than small nuances the stay was great. Good location.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable and rooms were bigger than expected. However, everything is rundown. Our room looked like there had been a previous water issue and the baseboards were all warpped and paint had been pealed off. Also, the TVs are old. There was no connection to Netflix or Hulu, etc. When I called to ask, they said only some of the rooms have that capability. We did get this hotel at a very discounted rate but you do get what you pay for. I will most likely not stay here again.

Outdated hotel that needs a lot of work, the staff were great and helpful, the room was old needs updating badly, the bed was not comfortable at all and squeaks with every move ( very old ) the shower had no door so the bathroom floor would be wet when done showering, on the positive side is its in the middle of everything so the location is great.

Tyler was super sweet along with the other ladies in the front and the door guy! Will be returning soon. Prime location

Air condition is not working it hot in the room phone is not working but overall I like the price for one week is work for me and location is great. I hope they fix the air-condition.

Hotel was a great value. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was lack luster and the gym was out of commission (which I didn’t learn until after checking in), but all in all I’d recommend based on the rooms and cleanliness.

Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money

This is my go-to hotel in NYC. Centrally located near MSG, Empire State Building/Herald Square and FIT. Easy to go east or west, north or south. My room had issues with the TV remote and the AC but engineering came and fixed them immediately. If you're staying for more than one night, request a street-facing room or else you'll be facing a building. Room was clean, everything is nearby and staff was helpful.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had enough space for two adults and our luggage. Our street view was fabulous (all the flower shops) and the shower was fantastic.

Room was stuffy and hot, the bathroom not well maintained, towels were unraveling
