We had a great experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Streets were noisy but it's to be expected in the heart of NYC!
-
The building and room were clean, the staff were very friendly. The restaurant only serves breakfast and is way overpriced.
-
My son and I stay 3 days during the 4th of July weekend. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and informative.
-
The directions took me too the Holiday Inn Express, the Hilton flags outside are worn and tattered, the elevators were slow, disappointed only served breakfast, which was overpriced, so I didn't order, the lamp in my room was broken. The air conditioner unit rattles, the light over microwave never turns off.

Room was basic and clean but it was also small and showing signs of wear and tear. I paid extra for a higher floor with city view but it was not a value at all. The breakfast left a lot to he desired. It consisted of 4 cereal options, a small assortment of fruit, poorly made oatmeal and toast/bagel. The restaurant staff acted so overly friendly that it was fake. They really just want you to order a real breakfast from the menu. The front desk staff did not even try to be friendly. I do not feel that this property was up to HILTON standards. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Hilton should completely remodel this property and replace the manager or remove their name!

Hotel needs a refresh

Close walk to Penn station, subway, and places to eat. The place is clean and feels safe but needs updating. Beds are on the soft side but comfortable enough for me. I needed to wear ear plugs to sleep because of the loud air conditioner. When I asked at the desk about changing rooms, I was told, “they’re all loud.” Good water pressure in the shower. It was nice to have a microwave and frig. Nothing special but the price was doable, clean, and convenient.
-
Staff was nice and helpful and accommodating. Restrooms on lower level.
-
Great location, great AC, comfortable bed, affordable price. Nothing.
-
Nice shower with option to make it stronger. Liquid soap and body cream. Quick hot water. Friendly staff. Beds lumpy and hard. Freezing hallways even when we complained about it many times. Skimpy breakfast buffet. Unreliable room air system. No complimentary drinking water for guests.

No fue lo que esperaba.

Great place to stay for the price and location
-
The staff was wonderful, very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
-
Super clean, good location, great service and breakfast options. Cooked breakfast is quite expensive also be wary if you’re under 21 as you might not be able to stay unless with an older adult.
-
The room was very clean and the location was perfect, but staff at check-in needs hospitality training. Not even a hello, welcome, no smile at check-in, just ‘I need your ID’. And not receptive to any questions either. I’d expect that at a lesser quality motel but not at Hilton. I would not stay at this location again.

Staff was helpful. Hotel was clean. Good location.
-
There was a roach found in our room. We contacted the desk and they were not apologetic whatsoever and just sent someone up to smash it in a tissue. Free breakfast was very underwhelming. Only hot foods available were toast, bagels, and oatmeal. Likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spacious for the city.
