    Great place.

    All good!

We stayed for 7 nights with our teenagers, everything was good, room had some details regarding maintenance but was very clean, we were on floor 17, hallway carpet was very stained, good view, breakfast was continental but really good, restaurant staff is very friendly, they don't provide water bottles so you have to buy, this is a very basic hotel but very good location, near subway stations, overall I recommend this hotel. I would stay again here.

The staff are very helpful and kind! We really appreciate having a microwave to heat up food after a long day. Our room had a roll-in shower and while we find it convenient, the shower curtain could be longer to keep the water from splashing out and making the floor slippery. Our water wasn’t super hot for 2/3 nights (warm-ish) but since it was the summertime we didn’t mind too much. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel and staff. I think some things a little out of date so would be great to have a bit of an upgrade in the rooms. But I LOVED being able to control temperature and I loved the size of the rooms. A lot bigger than New York standard. I wish I could have stayed there my whole trip but unfortunately they didn’t have double rooms for my total trip, otherwise would have stayed there!

The first room I had the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was water on the floor and hairs in the tub. They moved me to another room which was better but you could see the bathroom again was in need of renovations. The grout had mold, the ceiling was cracked and the bathtub needed to be reglazed(paint was chipping ). Location was ok but I’d probably stay somewhere else my next visit to the city.

There is no self-parking nor onsite parking as stated on webpage. Parking is in a valet only garage on the next block and you have to drag your luggage around to the hotel. The restaurant and bar were closed the whole time I was there. “Breakfast included” was for cold bar only, everything else you have to pay for. I was on the fourth floor and street noise was extremely loud. This is a $125 a night hotel at best. I expected much more from a Hilton Hotel.

The room was small and the AC was very loud. There was always less towels than needed. Did not feel like Hilton experience.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Breakfast staff very kind and very helpful, overall staff was kind except for one. Breakfast food not that great. Hotel is run down, AC is loud and sprays out liquids.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Gym was great. 24-7 desk personnel

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Breakfast took much too long. I wished there was more of a grab and go option.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Great customer service at the reception desk.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The shower water would only become extra cold or extra hot couldn’t even take a warm shower

Free breakfast is a joke literally stale toast and cereal cant believe they charge 19 bucks for that.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

    The staff was wonderful.

    2. A room for 4 but 2 coffee packets supplied 3. Breakfast included was boxed cereals or hot oatmeal. At 9:55 am the kitchen chef was no longer cooking. Tough luck.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the money even if you have a package with breakfast included. It was a continental breakfast but you need to serve yourself but they ask you for a tip and they give you a bill at the end, never had this happen before in any hotel. Front desk receptionist Lorraine was rude and not caring at all, when I arrived to check in she was on the phone and had to pause her phone call to do our check in and seemed annoyed by it, very rude and not very welcoming person, I had to ask for our breakfast included because the moment I put my card for the deposit and she gave me my keys with no instructions she went back to her gossip call and forgot to give me my vouchers. She had an attitude with us during our stay. The rest of the receptionists were very helpful and nice but my experience in this hotel wasn’t good enough for the money I paid for it. Bathroom was dirty and shower was filthy, the toilet was clogged and dirty with leftover poop, it felt like they don’t even clean in between stays. Very small room, my reservation was for a high floor with city view and I got a 2nd floor with no view at all. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, location was okay but definitely not worth the money, there’s too many better options around.

Air-conditioning is good. We visited early July and we had no problem with AC. We got the high floor with city view and it was close by. Breakfast is available for extra fee. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel to save our appetite to the beast choices of foods outside of the hotel. The bed is comfortable and spacious. The size of the room is acceptable for family of 4. Comes with fridge and microwave. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
