Reviews

The room was small and the AC was very loud. There was always less towels than needed. Did not feel like Hilton experience.
-
Breakfast staff very kind and very helpful, overall staff was kind except for one. Breakfast food not that great. Hotel is run down, AC is loud and sprays out liquids.
-
Gym was great. 24-7 desk personnel
-
Breakfast took much too long. I wished there was more of a grab and go option.
-
The room was spacious and clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products.
-
Great customer service at the reception desk.
-
The shower water would only become extra cold or extra hot couldn’t even take a warm shower
-
Free breakfast is a joke literally stale toast and cereal cant believe they charge 19 bucks for that.
-
The staff was wonderful.

2. A room for 4 but 2 coffee packets supplied 3. Breakfast included was boxed cereals or hot oatmeal. At 9:55 am the kitchen chef was no longer cooking. Tough luck.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the money even if you have a package with breakfast included. It was a continental breakfast but you need to serve yourself but they ask you for a tip and they give you a bill at the end, never had this happen before in any hotel. Front desk receptionist Lorraine was rude and not caring at all, when I arrived to check in she was on the phone and had to pause her phone call to do our check in and seemed annoyed by it, very rude and not very welcoming person, I had to ask for our breakfast included because the moment I put my card for the deposit and she gave me my keys with no instructions she went back to her gossip call and forgot to give me my vouchers. She had an attitude with us during our stay. The rest of the receptionists were very helpful and nice but my experience in this hotel wasn’t good enough for the money I paid for it. Bathroom was dirty and shower was filthy, the toilet was clogged and dirty with leftover poop, it felt like they don’t even clean in between stays. Very small room, my reservation was for a high floor with city view and I got a 2nd floor with no view at all. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, location was okay but definitely not worth the money, there’s too many better options around.

Air-conditioning is good. We visited early July and we had no problem with AC. We got the high floor with city view and it was close by. Breakfast is available for extra fee. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel to save our appetite to the beast choices of foods outside of the hotel. The bed is comfortable and spacious. The size of the room is acceptable for family of 4. Comes with fridge and microwave. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
-
great location, staff helpful, bed and linens very clean, but bathroom fan didn't work, surfaces (nightstand, desk, bathroom counter) not clean but they sent housekeeping to clean when requested.
-
Great stay for a quick couples getaway. Walkable hotel to all the necessary things. Very friendly staff! The elevator took a while at times or one was down but overall I would stay here again.
-
Bedding sucked. The mattress is whatever but no topper or protector. Just a thin sheet. The box spring is visible. You get 4 EXTREMELY sad pillows. Idk what the blanket situation even was, it felt like a thin quilt with a curtain on top. Basic cable tv. This is where you stay when you’re on a budget. I didn’t even try the breakfast. Thought a rat might surprise me in the ice room with all the garbage in there. The guy at checkin was nice, the guy storing luggage at checkout is the best, the other staff weren’t rude, but not overly welcoming either. I probably won’t stay here again unless I’m desperate.

Otherwise, fine

Great location! Nicest receptionist! Quick check-in!

My first time staying in the city for four nights; the room was clean and cold, which is all I expected. The fitness room in the cellar was safe, clean and relatively private. Staff was very helpful and the location is absolutely fantastic. Stop at the Mexican place a few spot towards 7th Avenue for the very best steak quesadilla you will have in this country! Bravo!
-
Staff was super nice and helpful. They made our stay bearable. Our room was old, sheets were old (I have had better at Motel 6), and the bathroom smelled like urine, despite the staff cleaning it thoroughly.

Amazing staff and clean room
