Good location! Close to MSG Nothing, it was great!

Location is great Room was very dirty - walls, ceiling, bed sheets. It was also very small and noisy. The bathroom door was cracked. In addition, the hotel advertised included breakfast which is far from accurate. They only provide coffee and some not too fresh baked goods.

Staff, restaurant and location High price, no space, and etc

Good simple hotel on a budget. Only complaint was a housekeeper stole my charger and found out she’s an on call employee so more chances of things being stolen. Besides that hotel staff was helpful.

I really liked the location. It was very convenient with Penn Sation nearby.

Awesome staff and excellent location. Rooms are small, but sufficient for a short stay.

Staff very helpful and responsive. Rooms were ok, in need of a update/renovation. Beds are on the softer side. For New York, the room was sufficient size and bigger than other hotels I have stayed at. The continental breakfast was pitched as a $18pp and included in our rate. Toast, yogurt, and some oatmeal is all you should expect (pressure to tip 18%-20% seemed excessive for what the spread is).

Definitely disappointing, since I'd expected better based on others' reviews. My room was not ready at check-in at 3pm, staff were not particularly apologetic that I had to wait (drenched from a Nor'easter) in the lobby for 10 minutes for it to be ready, and although I had paid $20 extra for a "high floor" room with a "city view," my room was only on the 18th out of 24 floors. Okay, not bottom half, but for the extra price, I'd hoped to be in the top 1/4 of floors to reduce street noise. One of the 2 elevators was broken both days I was there, which meant waiting in the lobby for 5-10 minutes each time I came back to my room. The last time, the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet seat in my bathroom was peeling, scratched, and looked like some coating had melted, and finally, my room air conditioner rattled. Not worth the $250, unfortunately--but at least it was clean.

Location!!! Breakfast was included but limited (we were treated with all breakfast choices available for free on Friday). My husband liked having the fitness room available. Staff were helpful and kind. Elevator broke Saturday morning leaving the entire hotel with 1 small elevator…it was still not fixed when we were checking out Sunday morning. Due to the long wait with so many checking out, we ended up dragging our luggage down 17 flights of stairs. Just a few updates would make the stay feel much nicer!

Location. Convenience to many activities Nothing. I wanted corner room in back to keep quiet and got it
