Great location and comfortable rooms!

Bad breakfast, very bad!!!

The location was perfect

Very easy checkin process. Arrived to the property and 2 pm and was able to checkin to our room right away. Our room was very clean and had a nice city view—we also loved the Bluetooth speaker and listened to tunes in our room before strolling the city! The staff member at the front desk (believe her name was Samantha) was very friendly and made for the smooth process. Also, the location is ideal and within walking distance to msg. Only downside was that there was only one elevator in operation for some time which accounts for the four star ranking in some categories. Despite waiting some time for an available elevator, the issue was minor and resolved by nighttime so I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Victor was very helpful, who was the manager that helped me handle my hotel stay, specifically with flight issues for this trip. He does a very good job managing this hotel, it was honestly worth every penny. He deserves an award and needs to manage regionally or at higher scales to have this same type of hotel & customer service. Very satisfied.

Nice room although small and little storage space, normal for New York apparently. Ordered towels like 3 times before I finally received them.

We had such a great stay at Aloft by Marriott New York Chelsea! The location was perfect for exploring New York—so many places were within walking distance, and the subway was just around the corner, which made getting around the city so easy. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, and our room had everything we needed after long days of exploring. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel and how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was such a convenient and comfortable home base for our NYC trip, and we’d definitely stay here again! 🗽✨

Aloft Hotel, Chelsea is located in a great location especially traveling with family. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently sized for New York and clean. I would stay here again.

Location was fantastic. Everything in walking distance and lots of shops and tourist attractions minutes away. Subway station also at the end of the street Our room was located directly below the gym, which meant we were constantly woken up at 6am to banging on the ceiling from the treadmills and weights being dropped, as well as constant noise from about 5pm. Didn’t get any sleep, which is a shame as we couldn’t hear anything from outside. Towels were also paper thin and not the quality I’d expect

This was my 3rd stay at this proprty. Sadly, on this trip the front desk staff staff was unaccommodating (booked City view and was given a room on a low level in the back-facing part of the hotel with view of water towers, instead of the Empire State Bldg like past stays) and the staff was unfriendly when communicating issues about room location and ac not working properly. So, I will be booking with another property in Chelsea on my next NYC trip. The staff accompanying my request for another room that actually had a City view and working ac.
