Really great location, the reception desk was so helpful, the ladies working at the buffet were nice. We really loved our view from the room and the room was nice.

Overall I’m quite satisfied with my stay,and this was my second time at this hotel. The location is excellent,although the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded. The rooms are compact but comfortable,with a beautiful view. My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more variety at the breakfast. The selection is quite limited,and it’s exactly the same every day. It was the same during my first stay in February as well.

Location is excellent, within walking distance from Penn station (10 minutes), underground was 50 meters away. Due to issue with booked room i was given replacement on top (46th floor) and it was stunning view. Elevator is very fast, room was clean. Room was bit small for 2 king size beds tough i guess that is price for location and cost. Weak spot is "typical" US hotel breakfast with eggs from powder, same sausage or minced meat as you get everywhere else, very little of vegetables.

The room had a great view. No complaints about the room other than it was difficult to round the corner coming in from the door with the giant tv on the wall sticking out. During check in I was standing behind another gentleman. The person at the desk helped the gentleman and then told me the line was on the other side of the desk and I had to go stand over there in that line. The line didn't exist when I first got there and stood behind the gentleman in front of me. Also, if where I was wasn't a line, why was the worker helping the gentleman in front of me.

Great location, 2-3 minutes walk for subway and 15min walk (max) for Times square Room was small
