The staff were lovely and helpful, the location was great, the breakfast had a wonderful verity. The room was a little too small for three adults with suitcases.

Location is perfect! The staff is honestly amazing - shoutout to Walter who made my stay super comfortable and to the ladies at the front too who were very kind and generous. The cleaners were great too. The rooms had a great view and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast is not good at all. Highly processed and the breakfast area is extremely chaotic and full. I wouldn't add on breakfast and skip this entirely.

The location of this hotel was excellent and we had the most amazing view of the city! We could see the Statue of Liberty from our room. The room was the smallest I have ever seen. It wasn’t a huge deal because we didn’t spend a lot of time in there but there wasn’t even enough room for me to open my suitcase on the floor and not enough space for my husband and I to both hang our clothes up.

No drawers to unpack. No room to keep a suitcase opened since we had to live out of the suitcase.

what I loved about the property is that it was so convenient and central to all of the locations that we had wanted to hit on our short vacation in New York City. what I didn’t like about the property, was the inconvenience of the elevators. There were so many floors, and so many stops along the way to get from the top floors to the lobby. They did have a Bellman and the convenience of calling in prior, but there was still a way to get from the top floor to the bottom floor.

We had a room with a great view on the 46th floor two double beds. The room was small but very clean and had everything you needed. Location is good near lots of staff & Madison Square Garden. Staff is awesome. Especially Xavier —

Loved the location and the room I was assigned. Amazing views of NYC! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved by adding fresh fruit and sparkling water.

Just the view Poor breakfast, very small room, barely any space to move around or keep luggage, did not clean room on day 1 of our stay, we had to go talk to front desk who said because we were on the top floor the room service might be around 18:30. Laundry cart left in front of our room leaving little to no space in the corridor to pass.

The location is absolutely great, the room was very specious and the view - magnificent- worth the extra dollars. The shower was a little on the small side, but other than that - will absolutely check back in asap. The shower was a little small, a bigger lobby could have been better. The view from the upper floors is great, a bar on the room for view and relaxing could have been nice.
