Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente para recorrer la ciudad y el servicio fue muy bueno, con un personal siempre amable y atento. Además, quiero destacar algo que valoramos muchísimo: olvidé dinero en la habitación y el equipo del hotel me llamó para avisarme y gestionó la devolución mediante un depósito bancario. Estamos muy agradecidos por su honestidad y por la amabilidad con la que nos ayudaron. Una experiencia que nos dejó una muy buena impresión. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

Good stay in a great location, nothing too notable

We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the room was exactly as expected from the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location made it very easy to get around the city. Everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and accommodating with our travel schedules! The property is great. Spacious, clean, smells phenomenal … we would stay here again!

Only one recommendation. That room readiness message be sent through text. I was in a crunch trying to take a meeting. While my room was ready because it was sent by email, I didn’t see it for 25 minutes. Also, it was sort of annoying to wait in line twice to checkin. One to complete paperwork and again to get my key. It would be a welcome improvement. Also, having a quiet space to work would be another nice touch. There are spaces but there is music playing which makes it tough to take calls.

Great lication, fun elevator, clean, bug rooms The faucet had a bug crack, i dont expect that fron a 4 stars hotel, the cromcast didnt work, and one day they didnt clean all day and wanted to do si when we came back to the hotel to rest. They agred to send someone after 5pm.

Great location, friendly staff.

The location was great, and the staff were all very nice Unfortunately, there was so much not to like of our property. Our shower water temperature never got hotter than a lukewarm temperature and when we asked the Front Desk to fix it, the Engeneer admitted that they turn the hot water down. Not being able to take a hot shower was extremely frustrating. Also the window wouldn’t close all the way and our room was located directly above a garbage truck cleaning facility, which was operating through the night and very loud. We didn’t sleep very well at all in the four nights we stayed there.. we also ordered room service and they forgot one of the items which was kind of a bummer so I had to go downstairs to pick it up.

I would not stay here again. The room was pretty basic and could use some updating. The mattress was one of the worst I’ve slept on and squeaked every time I moved. The bedding was cheap. The hotel gets good reviews overall and I don’t know how. I’ve stayed at many different NY hotels for work and this is one I won’t return to.

Nice staff- very helpful

One of the most disappointing stays I’ve had in Manhattan. Specifically the room. There was a light around the bed that wouldn’t switch off unless I pulled the actual power plug out of the wall. The safe locked itself, (just wouldn’t respond to the code) and I had to get a technician at 1am to open it. Wooden floors meant endless noise from the room above. I paid $1000 per night for 2 nights, you can do a lot better elsewhere in this part of Manhattan.

This was our second stay at this property. Great location and reasonable price. This visit we encountered multiple problems. Most of the electric outlets did not work and our safe was broken. The front desk promised to address them. No one showed up..crickets from the staff. If you don’t mind charging your phones, et al in weird places and if you don’t mind carrying your valuables with you all day…this is the place for you. Our last night, our room 205 was over looking the dumpsters, so we had to listen to 30 minutes of banging at 1 am. I wouldn’t recommend this room. Miserable.

It totally ruined our stay, when we returned for our bags I was told it had been resolved but I haven’t yet had chance to check my account, even if the charge is dropped it has ruined the place for us. I really would expect more from a reputable global brand, this really felt like a scam and they didn’t care at all about their customers.

Beautiful gem hotel. I would stay again. Loved they are ambassadors for diversity.
