What a dream hotel this is. For the area the rooms are so clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The on site restaurant is very good if you don’t want to go out. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was super small. No kiosk to scan barcode at although my email stated they had one so I had to wait in line to check in. A bit noisy in the morning. Enough to wake me out my sleep.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They always make me feel welcome and they all seem to actually get along and like each other (if they don’t they are faking it really well;)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, friendly, and fast, making for a welcoming start to my visit. The staff was helpful throughout my stay and always pleasant to interact with. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's midtown location was excellent, centrally located and convenient to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service.

Our room was not ready until 3:15pm, 15 minutes past the contractual check-in time. We had arrived at 9am and requested for to check in early if possible because of evening commitments. I understand it's a busy hotel, but to not be allowed to check in until 15 minutes after the guaranteed time is pathetic. I called at 12pm and they said the room would be ready soon. It was not. No apologies were given. Our AC vent was also clicking on/off all night making it difficult to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything right outside your room. This hotel markets itself up to appear luxurious in the lobby and outside, but once you're in your room it is miserable. $6 for a drip coffee in the morning. Avoid at all costs. You are better off anywhere else.

Centrally located with an easy walk to several destinations or just a short walk to catch the subway. The room was very quiet, with no noticeable street noise, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space.

I booked based on the photos, aesthetic, location to what we had planned, and price - it had a fun vibe and I am pleased to say that it was an even better stay than anticipated. From the greeting at check-in to the staff in the restaurant as well as the housekeeping staff, we were always met with smiles and kindness and generally ended convos with laughter! Check-in/check-out was a breeze, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Would definitely stay here again! Hotel personnel were quick and very helpful. Rooms were impeccable and more spacious than other hotels we have stayed at before. Best of all was the complimentary water and juice in the fridge! Restaurant food was also excellent. No complaints at all!
