Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave - Chelsea by IHG

It was small, but perfect for three of us while we were visiting in Manhattan and great location!

Lo positivo, los artículos de aseo, son de “full size” y eso es muy bueno. El cuarto tiene bastantes enchufes que hacen la estadía mejor. No volvería a quedarme, pero por el precio no está tan mal.

Very unorganized, the weekend I went they had double booked various rooms. The supervisor at the front desk will tell you “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do”. Another young lady stepped in to help, beyond grateful for her because other than that management isn’t helpful.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The breakfast (while not included in our reservation) was delicious. The rooms were clean and we slept well. We noticed that one elevator worked better than the other though. Our maid was lovely, but after her last cleaning service of our room the toilet paper roll wasn't replaced and I had to finish making one of the beds. The bed issue may have been due to where we placed one of our suitcases, but I was able to finish putting the top sheet and comforter on without any issue so it was strange to me that she did not.

This is a standard hotel with small clean rooms, slow elevators, and no free breakfast. Location is good. Beds were no particularly comfortable but ok for 2 nights. The nearby parking garage was easy to use and no surprises and gave a hotel discount.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect for our short stay in NYC. The beds were firm but felt really good after walking around all day. Other than the water pressure not being great and the door to the bathroom hard to close and open, it was just what we needed.

This is a great location to be within walking distance of Times Square and Madison Square Garden.

Very nice place to stay. Stayed for one night. We could leave our bags to be watched so didn’t have to walk all day with them. Decent area about 25 min walk to grand central

Desk staff super friendly, check in went smooth and quick. Everything was great, clean newly furnished rooms. Small but more than adequate room. Great price (I paid $170/night) for Chelsea area. Lots of places to eat near by.

The hotel was very well kept. The luggage storage was a Godsend and AWESOME! Wish there were more options than just double beds - 2 queens would have been great. Our view was very good.
