na 9/8/26 Booking.com 7 Days Hotel 2338 Bruckner Blvd. Bronx, NY. 10473 We need to have a refund on the price of this hotel. Why you ask? Let me tell you... 1st - when I walked in, I noticed there was bulletproof glass in front and a wall around the reception desk?!? OK, I got past that. Next - and the reason I am asking for a refund was the room itself. My wife and I opened the door and were hit with a not so pleasant odor. which was a bit unsettling. Then we turned on the light and walked in... the carpet was actually dirty, and a small puff of dust flew up when I stomped on the floor. We continued in and then saw the bed...Not inviting to say the least. Wrinkled dark blue cover with a cigarette burn and a knife slash on the top: also, not clean. We did not even want to put our bags onto the bed and immediately turned around and went back to the command bunker to let them know we would not and could not stay in their hotel. We asked for a refund, and they have refused to reply to BOOKING.COM so…….I do not even get a refund. Bad policy for Bookinb.com also. All around bad experience! I will not ever again use BOOKING.COM or go to this horror show of a hotel.
