Location fabulous, room very comfortable and clean! Staff very helpful, was an issue with the safe they resolved quickly, and no issues leaving our luggage for a few hours. No breakfast but a Whole Foods and a great coffee place right around the corner. Excellent soundproofing, no wait for lifts / elevators. Great stay, excellent value for money!

Location is great. Price was affordable, even on short notice, we booked within the week. The lobby is very cute. The bar attached to the hotel looked really fun. The room for 4 people with 2 beds was pretty small. The beds seemed like full size beds compared to queen size beds. A mini fridge would have been nice to have also.

House kerping.fridge. Room carpets are old and smells damp. Loud noise from downstairs party on weekends, even though we were on12th floor.

ideal location for activities in the city there was mold on our ceiling, the comforters were dirty, our bathroom smelled like gym sweat, and there was a lot of dust in our room. Stayed in a room for 4 people, and there was barely enough space for all 4 of us to be comfortable. There were also holes in the ceiling in the bathroom.

Location, location, location. Very reasonable price for the middle of Manhattan. It was perfectly fine. A bigger room and a lower price would of course have been better but I don't expect something for nothing.

The location was excellent, close to the subway, easy access, not noisy at all, even though there was a bar in the lobby and very comfortable On the last day one of the staff members was rude to our group while we were leaving the hotel.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. All I came in contact with were great. The rooms are getting worn. They need some updates.

the location is the only good thing about this property. It’s absolutely disgusting. Our room smelled like mold. The shower tile was cracked and moldy. It’s above a loud bar so you will get zero sleep. The headboard was literally duct taped together. The pillows and sheets were old and ratty. All for $220 / night (and that’s booking in advance). Do NOT stay here.

Loud music and partying outside the hotel till God knows when, proving that room and windows are not soundproof. No conditioner bottle, broken so the staff gave conditioner in a paper cup. Need to request more towels even though 3 guests was registered. Not coming back. Bad location Location Missing toiletries Noise

I liked the blasting cold AC in our room. During my sleep I like being cold so that was a really good plus. I didn’t like that our bathroom was too small, it was 4 of us so it was a little difficult.

We experienced bug bites while staying on the 20th floor. The room was generally dated and there was some odor from the AC.
