Liked the fact that the room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels Impossible to sleep with the club pumping with loud music just under our room. The bathroom door creaked everytime someone got up in the middle of the night to use it. Bathroom tap was loose. There was an ironing board but no iron. Strong smell of weed in and around the hotel. I was promised a free taxi from La Guardia airport on arrival at the time of booking but it didn’t arrive. I had to spend a lot on an uber.

Stylish yet old school, great location. Walking distance to sights. Situated between the 2 major stations. Lots of cafe/restaurants in the area. They also have an in house cafe/bar.

The walking distance from most of the stuff I wanted to see was great. The Asian lady working the front desk was very nice. The lobby and rooms were very dirty. Half the lights in my room were broken and the only one outlet worked and it was on the other side of the room. The tables, desk, cabinets, bathroom, and EVEN THE TV REMOTE was dirty!! The bed sheets on both beds were dirty with a mystery stains on them..I had to ask for new clean sheets.

Room was clean While waiting for uber in the front of hotel. We witnessed a vagrant urinating directly in front of my wife and children on hotel property. All we got was an im sorry from staff. The Rose bar smelled of weed making the lobby smell the same way. Sanitation workers were working all night making it impossible to sleep.
