Location, price and size of room, having my own bathroom, it was just what we needed. View of the city was fantastic. Staff was very friendly in locating places to eat and just being helpful. Lack of refrigerator and microwave in room made it a challenge for left over food and storage of drinks, water etc.

We stayed on the 11th floor and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious enough, the hotel location is excellent, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pillows were also very comfortable. The only thing that would make the stay even better would be having a refrigerator in the room. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Location is great, prefer for overnight stays. If you’re looking somewhere to just sleep and you don’t want to pay too much it is great. I’m not sure it is well suitable for a hotel vacation.

Loved the location, Staff and overall stay. Rom was big enough and got a nice view of the skyline. Absolutey worth the money. The carpet in the room.

Very good quality for the price. Location is amazing. You can find anything you need just by taking 10-15minute walk (coffee shop, target, restaurants, metro…) We got the room with the view to Empire State Building so cannot complain. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Everything was good

The location was good and has alot to do around the area. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Wifi went out and tv was out for a whole day. The walls had stains on them
