Convenient location and queen beds. Nice view of Empire State Building. Charger didnt work, lights without bulbs, no mini fridge and had to ask for more towels as there wasn’t even 1 per person.. bodywash empty in shower. Old tv with no streaming options

Location Every day, there are a lot of people smoking marijuana right at the entrance. It's not the best situation for people with children.

Very helpful staff! I requested a refrigerator at check in for medication and they brought one to my room immediately. Elevators are very slow but that’s because 2 cars are serving all 20 floors. To be expected.

Hotels foolishly engage as their puppets. This makes them legally liable And my life he'll I also believe the City placed a monitor in the room. Sorry for this out burst but when you take the enjoyment out of something I paid for I am deeply distressed. The location was perfect walkable from Penn Station, Chelsea market and surroundings. and further north! We loved the style of the room, very simple but modern. Noise at night was not an issue. Staff was great! There was nothing we did not like. It exceeded our expectations.

The location was amazing exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar at night played amazing music. I would definitely stay here again. I do feel like the room especially the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner.

Location. Check in staff. Hard to find. Minimal signage. Bar attached to the property “The Rose” was really loud. Facilities were decently clean but old enough they can’t get really clean. Chose for location.

Staff is amazing - they were very nice It has what you need for the price you're paying in the location the hotel is The bathroom was not very good - VERY small and still ok. The plugs around the beds didn't work and were VERY dirty.
