Checking in was easy-I had a nice view in a quiet room. Breakfast in the morning was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

-
Great stay and got upgraded to a city view room! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Just a quick one night stay but staff was friendly and everything was very clean. I would advise avoiding elevators during high traffic times. Very long wait times and jam packed. Otherwise everything was great!
-
Horrible! TV wouldnt stream and I called multiple times before we left for dinner, when I returned I asked again and was given excuses that it was a Comcast issue. After not getting to stream our rented movie, My husband and I went to get cleaned up before bed and the bathroom is only big enough for one person. Awful! Then we wake up to an extremely busy breakfast line with no seating, no coffee, no milk. Supplies were running out and you had to wait! Once we made it back to our room to collect our belongings and leave. It took 40 minutes to get an elevator to take us down stairs. You could hear the elevator by passing the floor and I was extremely MAD! I told the front desk, how dissatisfied i was with my stay and they sincerely apologized and told me I'd receive a 10 percent credit on my card. Im still waiting on that credit! Safe yourself the hassle, Dont stay here!

Elevators wait times are ridiculous.
-
Room was fine, water fountain outside of room didn’t work and breakfast was cold.
-
The location of this property is excellent for someone who wants to explore NYC.

Had to wait a very long time for elevators
-
Hotel elevators were such a hassle and take a longggg time to become available. I kept overhearing this being a frustration for a lot of hotel visitors as well. No hotel room tooth paste or water etc. Breakfast was good, no special requests taken though for dietary restrictions. Staff was nice and helpful. Room service was quick as well but certain things were dirty from when we walked in and even after we had someone come in the room who cleaned a bit for us. The area is close to the subway so that was very convenient.
-
We called service did show up opened the AC left it open and didn’t come back in a hot and humid night So ther than that the stay was good

Had a great stay! We had to have some packages delivered and had no problems. The staff was wonderful!

Elevator slow
-
The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had as one thats included. The least favorite was waiting for the elevator. Sometimes the wait was 20 minutes and then we just took the stairs down several flights. Great location in midtown NYC. Close to subway and in a center location for all the touristy spots. Would stay here again knowing the small difficulties.
-
Room was terrible. Housekeeping kept cage full with supplies right in front of room(corner). Almost 1-2 feet left to get into room. Never had such a bad experience before. Staff was not friendly either. Do not stay here.

Great location. There is a restaurant on property free breakfast! It’s a great place to stay in the city and do close to Penn Station!
