The elevators are hell ,during peak hours yo have to wait quite a lot! The hotels location is near restaurants but far away from everything else. If you like to walk stay here other wise look for Something closer to the places you are visiting

Stayed during high summer season. Breakfast is an absolute zoo without adequate seating for everyone who shows up. Otherwise the staff at check in was super friendly and the room was very nice. Great location and good value for price!

Get the higher floor, the view is worth it

Room was spacious, quiet, and very clean with views of the Empire State Building. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Check in was easy and we were able to drop bags before check in and store after check out. The only concern was small crowded breakfast area and very long wait for elevators during peak hours. We were on the 6th floor and took the stairs multiple times.

Nice breakfast. The room was not ready until 3:30pm, we had a reservation at the summit at 4pm, so we had to leave before they gave us our keys.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire time there. They gave recommendations on places to eat and to see. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very satisfying and well put together. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're interested in the midtown Manhattan area.
