This was a perfect place to stay, location was outstanding! Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. We had encounters with several workers during our stay. One on the elevator who joyfully answered a few questions for us about the rooftop bar and encouraged us to check it out. Cleaning crew was also very friendly. Two thumbs up!

Manager contradicted the front desk clerk. Mngr Stated that Hilton does not allow baggage check prior to checking into the hotel. Manager was not very accommodating to a Hilton honors member such as myself
