The room was very clean and nicely air conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue that we experienced was the lack of towels in the room. We had to request towels every evening of are stay. Overall was a great experience and would come back!

Also was charged at the Sandbar we didn’t even get to go to bc we weren’t there long enough. I’ve never been to a hotel where there wasn’t at least one bottle of water in the room. All in all it was ok.

Loved this hotel. Dillion at the front desk was amazing! Helpful and kind. I even asked him to marry me and he said yes! Sadly, I had to leave before we could make wedding plans. From the food to the room to the rooftop bar. I adored it all.

Staff very cooperative especially their Manager George who goes extra mile to help guests. Good value for money.Clean and nice rooms.

The hotel has a great location in Chelsea nearby Madison Square Garden. I had a good experience but the hotel is a little outdated.

Loved the location, the room and the staff!

They don’t have a free breakfast.. I waited 3 hours to check in and was willing to pay the extra fee..ice machine in basement was little and you never got a full fill up.. I have always stayed with the Hilton and was very very disappointed.. besides being close to Time Square and MSG I would never stay there again!!!

Good location, mostly friendly staff, rooms are nice but small The roof in our room had a water leak issue that has obviously happened in the past (visible with paint job). Water was leaking through the roof into our bed. They quickly arranged a new room for us but it was lower floor, closer to elevator (loud) and worse layout.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Was there for the BTS concert August 3rd. Stayed 5 nights. The hotel has a perfect location - 8 minutes from Penn station walking. We felt very safe walking about. The room was nice size for 3 people. The staff were extremely friendly! Would definitely stay again.
