My new go-to place to stay when in town for work! Always clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is also such a huge perk, love the yogurt parfait!

Hotel was great let us check in early and upgraded us. We did have some issues with the ac in the room and they ended up switching us rooms so I’m glad it worked out!

I don't expect hotel quality everything when I went to New York. Hilton did amazing job. The listened to clients need and solve issues without hesitance. I will come back this hotel again next year.

The staff was kind enough to move us to another room. The air conditioners need major maintenance—they are noisy and smell bad. We were hesitant to leave a negative review because the staff is very friendly and the location is great. But then we discovered they had charged us a second time for our stay (without any warning), because they thought their system hadn’t processed the first payment. We travel a lot and are usually tolerant when things go wrong, but there is something seriously off about how this place is managed.

Ideal location, love that every TikTok rec was walkable, the property and room were fine, I just wished the check in staff was a bit welcoming, I did have a late flight in but the front desk attendant just handed me my keys and that was it. He didn’t point out anything about the property

The room was too hot, and I had to tell the Front Desk several times that the air-conditioning wasn’t working. We were there six days, and it was never fixed.

We got charge valet parking and paid 20 dollars and had to walk 15 mins to our car and no discount given. Not the most friendly staff but hotel is clean and decor is nice
