Fast elevators, clean hotel, valet parking, helpful staff, and location was perfect for seeing a concert at Madison Square Garden. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. Be prepared for smaller hotel rooms in the city. Still very nice, just smaller than usual. Great location. Use stairs, elevators get busy and crowded.

The room was very clean and tidy, although we had a rather weird repeated “bang bang” start and stop to the air con throughout our stay - became very disruptive especially when sleeping. Beware of the lifts though, due to so many people staying at the hotel - the lifts can be slow and you can be waiting up to 8-10 minutes at times.
