It was really clean!

The elevator situation could use some improvement. There is no light or signal to let you know which elevator door is opening and the fact that you have to walk halfway down the hall to get from the first to the last one was a bit of a headache. Other than that, my time was great.

Location Friendly staff. Comfort Included breakfast. The doors slammed,bathroom door not shut correctly. The main problem was a linen trolley left in the corridor, was difficult to get in the room. Also a fire risk as it obstruction our escape. Always ran out English tea bags. 80 deposit for security, not being returned for 14- 21 days. Unexceptable

Room was not cleaned on the Saturday of our stay. The green Pilar’s kept falling over called to get them put up took over a day and then the next day they fell again.

Location in general as well as location to subway station. Staff very helpful.

The room was small yet cozy and the bed was comfy. We did not have any issue with long waits for the elevator. They held our bags for us before check in so we could wander the city more comfortably which was very nice. The free breakfast buffet was nice and very convenient. The food from room service was tasty after a long day of walking all over. We loved our view and being close to MSG. The location in the flower district was so fun and pretty. It’s close to the subway and the sights. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night with a friend. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful, informative, and nice. Check out was at 11am and we were able to call the front desk at 10:50am to inquire about pushing our check out to 12pm (which they so kindly allowed free of charge). The only downside of our stay was the shower drain was clogged so the bathroom floor got extremely wet.

This is my 2nd time staying this hotel. Nice room with a small kitchen. The breakfast is fantastic. The stuff are very friendly . Everyday had the room cleaning. The view is nice as well. The lift is a little bit busy
