Pro:: very good value for the money. Great location, great breakfast, nice room. Cons: long waiting for elevators. No character. i will definitely stay again

Great staff!
-
My room was clean, staff extremely friendly, breakfast was nicely prepared. Conveniently located to our most desired locations to visit in the city. Would rebook.

I love how the hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating!!

Great location. This hotel is right by the subway, one stop from MSG, 2 stops from Times Square/Broadway. You can walk to the Empire State Building, too. The concierge luggage check was extremely useful before checkin and after checkout. The check-in seemed a little late, at 4 pm. The bathroom door was a sliding, barn-style door that kept sliding open a few inches. The keycard is necessary to operate the elevator, but it was difficult for me to get it to register.

Todo estuvo excelente, solo que el aire acondicionado del cuarto no enfriaba.

Very good location, clean Very small room with no place for suitcases
-
The hotel is located close enough to all the main attractions, about a 15-minute walk from Times Square. There is a subway near the hotel, from which you can quickly reach any part of the city. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, so it is not too noisy during the day and night. The room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. We read that there is a long wait for the elevators, but we did not have a problem with waiting and we were located on the 16th floor. We traveled from Europe with four large suitcases, so we were a little short of space in the room itself, but we managed somehow.

I felt that it was not value for money.

Didn’t like gnats all in the bathroom..the wait period for the elevator was ridiculous.. The staff was very helpful.. They get a A+

This was an amazing place to stay. Walking distance from everything. (Madison square garden; time square; restaurants). Parking is a pretty penny, if you use valet. But if you come on the weekend and its after 5, you may get lucky to get a park, right across the street. However, be warned, it is the flower district, so your vehicle will be surrounded by flowers to the point you can't move your car until the shops have closed up for the day. Staff was helpful and breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are small but were clean. The only thing is the elevators can be pretty slow, when you are on the top floors. I would defiantly stay here again, if I am in NYC.

Thankfully i got a better room in the same street for cheaper, from another major hotel group. l"ll never trust the Mariott group again.

Great location! Really clean room; kitchenette was good to have. Nice breakfast choices in the morning. Was able to store luggage before and after check-in/check-out. Elevators can get a little busy but overall had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Everything shown in the pictures are exactly as it is. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the rooms, atmosphere and amenities. We were not disappointed, will definitely come here again when visiting the city again.

It's a typical case of a business run by accountants - they have forgotten it is about the experience - while they penny pinch and look for cost efficiency. They need to employ some Hoteliers and put the accountants back in their box. The breakfast was average at best - the staff at breakfast were like zombies - said nothing - glazed stare - no smile - no hello - clearly not happy in their work. These are your biggest asset - look after them, manage and train them. Conclusion. - I am sure you could book much worse. Great location if you can get past the plant sellers blocking the street with their wares. Great for subway - or walk to lots of major attractions. Breakfast will save you some money but average quality, staff are lacking some training and a smile. Avoid room 1310 with the industrial aircon!

The view we had was beautiful. They accommodated us for our anniversary and were very sweet. We had no issues staying here and we definitely will stay here again.
-
The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance and very central. The breakfast was rich and had a good variety. The room was quite clean, with daily towel changes and regular cleaning. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room with the kitchenette was very small, and there was not enough space even to leave our luggage comfortably. Considering the size of the room, the price was quite high, and overall we felt that it was too expensive for the experience provided.

The breakfast area is very small, and there was usually a 20-minute wait just to get in. The breakfast itself was disappointing. The scrambled eggs seemed to be made from egg powder, there were a few plain bagels with no cheese, ham, or other toppings available, and there wasn’t even any toast. The selection was limited to a few fruits and dairy products. The vegan options were also very poor. Apart from oat milk, there were essentially no suitable choices for people with a vegan diet. The room was much smaller than expected. It was impossible to open two suitcases next to each other at the same time, so be prepared to stay in a very compact space. Finally, the four elevators are simply not enough for a 50-floor building and its guests. In the mornings, waiting 10–15 minutes for an elevator was completely normal.
