The door lock to the balcony was broken. The front desk sent someone and they immediately fixed it so that it locked but once you unlocked it then it could not be relocked since the handle and the lock were broken. We tried to explain this to the front desk but they did not understand because they felt that it had been fixed.

Amazing for Solo traveler !

The location was fantastic (if you are going near the area or need access to the metro) and even though the rooms tend to be small, they are well organized. The hotel is secure, well lit, and the water pressure is ample (but wish it was better). It is a hotel that will not cause issues, it is utilitarian and useful. The AC is not optimal as it is a bit noisy but can deal with it by managing the air speed to low once you have your temperature set in the room. If you need a good location, comfort and saftefy of the brand (Marriott has earned it), and staff that are kind and easy to deal with, then this hotel is good for in and out, sleep and clean, eat and travel to and from. It works and for that I say thank you.

Room was perfect for area and price. Newly renovated, extremely clean and loved having the kitchen. The only issue is the noise in the hallway at night. There is no sound barrier between the door and the hall way so you might need earplugs to sleep. Otherwise great for the price and it includes breakfast.

Good overall breakfast. Rooms are small but other than that you’ll love location. Bed was nice and comfy not super soft nor firm. Easy access to subway station on the 1 and will be your best way to travel around the city.

Because of these issues, I was moved through THREE rooms during my first three nights. I was also without a room for 10 hours because I was not allowed to remain in my current room while waiting for the next one. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and showed little consideration for the customer. I later found previous reviews describing the same HVAC issue in winter for heating and other guests were experiencing same problems during my stay. The hotel appeared to downplay the issue rather than properly address it. I eventually received a partial refund but only after significant effort and repeated advocacy on my part, which further took away from my vacation. I also contacted the General Manager and received no response. Given the overall experience, I believe a full refund is warranted and I will take necessary steps if I don’t hear back I would not stay here again and I strongly advise against anyone staying here.

Staff was excellent especially Christopher and Xavier and breakfast is good . Thank you . Really enjoyed our stay . 100 % recommended . Close to everything .

Location and a kitchen The lifts were hard to get so we always walked , breakfast was manic so we missed that a few times

Close walk to subway and attractions breakfast was good lots of choices Sometimes it was well into afternoon before your room was cleaned if at all , and there was a constant noise it may have been from elevator or the a/c not sure you pay good money for these hotels and it’s the little things that stand out room was abit on small side
