This hotel was in a great location close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Also a very close walking distance to food, shopping and other general tourist attractions.
-
Todo bien, muy bien ubicado, solo problemas algunos días con los ascensores.

My room was clean and a very comfortable home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fabulous experience in a wonderful Manhattan location.

The room is small but it’s understandable in New York City. It’s very convenient and has many restaurants and shops, target, Macy’s nearby. It’s just few minutes walk to the Penn Station. We went out and backed to the hotel after dinner but our room has not been cleaned. We have to call the front desk for clean towels etc. The staff at the front desk is very helpful. I am appreciated.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The only downside is the very slow elevator
-
Pre-location, friendly staff, small rooms, but just enough to get work done and have a nice space of operations
-
Shower didn't not have working cold water! Feels like the hotel is in a 3rd world country.

In doing so, they made sure I had a room that, while small, was clean, in good repair, had the elements that were promised and even had a view. Staff was friendly and helpful and even the bellman remembered me from previous stay in a friendly way. The hotel lacks many amenities and its lobby and sorta restaurant lack polish, but it's not awful. The property could do more with its sizable front patio, including maybe a small portable bar for a happy hour or something. It is well located, even if it is on an unusual block, which makes it easy to get around town. At the end of the day, I want a room that is not a shambles, is clean and with service that is empathetic and helpful. That all occurred this time and I would stay there again under these circumstances. Thanks

Most the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Only issue we had was with the elevator not working one night. Had to climb up 23 floors to our room.

Rooms were clean. Elevators had issues and broke down a couple times

Conveniently located within a few blocks of the Amtrak station. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants, both convenience and more upscale. Uber delivered food within a very short time. Nice outdoor seating area. Accessible by several subway lines. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, as well as the pillows. The linens were soft. Everything smelled great. Shower was perfect temperature and water pressure was great! Quiet, but for street noise, but it’s NYC! The elevators were overwhelmed and had to walk down a couple of times. I was on a lower floor and felt bad for those on 22, etc. I would pass on the restaurant in the hotel. It was less than stellar. The snacks in the lobby are nice, but we brought some from Target for ourselves and it was cheaper. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

The room I got was on the first floor where you could be seen by anyone looking up at the windows if the blinds were open. There was only one working elevator and that took forever to come down and get you to your floor. The location was good but that’s just about it. The staff just said there was nothing they could do when I had a problem and for the outrageous price, it’s not worth it.

The overall service there sucks!
-
Good spot. Good shower pressure and shampoo and soap provided did not dry out skin like most other hotels I’ve stayed at.
-
Elevators broke down multiple times. We even got stuck in one for almost an hour. There were also bugs in the bathroom overall not a great stay. However the hotel is in a prime location to access everything within the city.

The elevators were small and it took a long time to be able to get one due to the fact that the world cup was in town and the pride parade making the elevators very full. For breakfast, we only had coffee and it was $5.00 and terrible. The bar was just ok. I only took a glass of not so good wine to my room and there was nothing to mix a vodka drink with that was acceptable. The snacks were outrageous! $51.00 for two small bottles of water, one small oj and two chips. So better save your money although I do think they upped all the prices due to the world cup as I stayed in a much better hotel around the corner last year, same time, and it was not that expensive.

Central location. Clean room. Nice staff. Walking distance to points of attraction. Before we went we read some negative reviews about the elevators being slow, but we felt they were alright. It was a pleasant stay for the family.
-
The location was perfect.
-
The gym is small but mostly unused, the king size bed was somehow 6” shorter than usual.

We found this to be a great option for our family. It was rather a no frills option- but the hotel was well located, and we even had a small view of the Empire State Building out of the window. We didn’t try the restaurant at all. The cold water in the lobby was very welcome after a hot day out.
