A terrific little hotel! Everything was perfect on our 4-night stay. Super-friendly and helpful staff.. Convenient to Penn station and multiple subway lines. Rooms were clean and comfy, and a nice size for NYC. Excellent breakfast included. Will go back there in a heartbeat.

I love the location of this hotel…walkable to so much and right in the middle of the flower district. Hotel was clean and quiet and well run. The little afternoon amenities like fresh popcorn and sparkling water was a treat!

Nice stay

Rooms were very small. There was no fridge which was disappointing during a stay in July. Rooms looked clean in general but the details were dirty. Room was nice and cool with the AC. Breakfast was very good with good options. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Hotel just needs some TLC. Really good location. Only issue was there was major roof leak while I was there, which leaked into my room and on the bed. The hotel was able to find another room, but it was a massive downgrade and wouldn't have fit the 3 of us very comfortably, so they let us keep the leaky room (and use the couch) and the new room, which was kind of them.

Staff was always willing to answer questions we had about directions and they were very friendly. Room was great! Location was great for concert at MSG! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

Only thing was some noise coming from the street at really early hours, from trucks.

Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel stored our baggage until check in time so we could explore the area. Hotel and room were very clean. The AC in our room worked great. Decent sized room, especially for in the city. Shower was excellent and always had enough hot water. The bed was very comfortable.

The room itself was very small I would only recommend for 1 person (room 601) breakfast could’ve been better but it got the job done! Overall good fit the price! Clean room great water pressure in the shower and nice and hot!

good location to madison square garden

The room was small but very clean. The roof deck was just what I needed to relax and unwind. I'd stay here again.

Great location, quiet/lovey room, nicest and most helpful employees, decent breakfast and wonderful overall experience. Shout out to the employees at the front desk!

We stayed during a heat wave and they had flavored waters and bottled water on ice ready and available in the lobby for all guests at no charge which was awesome. I'll def stay again at this wonderful location in the flower district.

Best Hotel and personnel

Unfortunately we were there during a very hot, busy holiday weekend. The air-conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area wasn't working and it was like eating in a sauna. By the 3rd day we couldn't even stay there for breakfast, we had to go somewhere else and pay for a breakfast. The 2nd day we were there the waffle maker "wasn't working" (ran out of batter) and for 2 of my grandkids that's all that they liked, so they didnt eat. The front desk staff was blah about everything....like they couldn't be bothered. The 1st day there was cold water in lobby, nothing after that for rest of the 100°weekend. Wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Could have been later. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will certainly stay there again.

The hotel was clean and decent! Staff was friendly. We were unable to check in early but they were able to store our bags for us while we wandered around the city. Great central location.
