Clean room. Family friendly amenities.

Good view, room very clean, a good space, the bed is very comfortable and big. I don’t have anything to complain. I had an awesome experience. And for the last, but very important for me is the breakfast. I stayed in another hotel before and my experience with American breakfast wasn’t good. But o Hyatt house was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast could finish at 10 a.m even during the week . When you are in vacation sometimes is good to sleep a little bit longer.

The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was a lady being trained and it seemed as if she was in training to be rude and dismissive. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Extremely unprofessional.

The Hyatt house, staff, room, and breakfast was all amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful that we will definitely be going back anytime we have to stay in the city

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt. This is our second time. We were greeted at the lobby with a smile from Sasha and we were put in a room with a city view as requested. The food at breakfast is always great and the staff are courteous and wonderful. The hotel is really clean and a few steps away from everything. The manager Vonetra is awesome! I would always go back to this hotel and I highly recommend to friends and family. Everything was GREAT.

I love that it was clean, bed were comfortable. The views were amazing.

Breakfast was a great inclusion. Room temperature was very unsettling. One minute freezing cold, next extremely warm. Woke up with sore throat and blocked nose every day. Breakfast finish time was too early during the week.
-
I´ve expected for the elevator a lot for checkout. They were used by cleanned staff and there were only two elevators

Room was on the small side and drawers in chest would not close Breakfast time ended at 9am! we did not catch it even once. Need to extend to at least 10:30

Loved the communication about the Balet. Super easy to use.
-
In a very good location. The staff at the reception would be more wellcoming. There is no complementary water available in the room.

This was truly a hotel we loved in terms of location. Since we enjoy walking, we were able to reach many of the city’s iconic places on foot. There was also a metro station near the hotel. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. I can also say that the breakfast was sufficient. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing.

The location was a plus as it was in Mid-town, so it was close to much within NYC. The hotel is literally at the beginning of the flower district, so walking past those stores was a treat. We were halfway up and had a view of the Empire State Building and the top of the Chrysler Building from our room. Excellent! Another unknown plus when booking was the rooftop patio for hotel guests, about 30 stories high. Super view! At most, there was about four others up there when we went up at twilight.

Room was clean and quiet. We heard very little street noise from the fifth floor.
-
Everything was wonderful! Elevators during breakfast time was slow.

Really nice people that makes your time there even better. Best!!

We had two rooms – a Den for two people and a Suite for three. I had asked the hotel in advance if it would be possible to assign us rooms with a view of the nearby Empire State Building, and they kindly accommodated our request, which made us very happy. The view was simply stunning – overlooking the Empire State Building, with the Chrysler Building in the background and views along Sixth Avenue. The rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was good and varied by American standards. The hotel has two elevators; most of the time we hardly had to wait. During peak hours it could take a few minutes but not too much. The shower had excellent water pressure. We also appreciated that the windows can be partially opened. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not too loud. We never heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The hotel also accepted our pre-ordered packages, which were already waiting for us in the room upon arrival. We would gladly return to this hotel again, as it once again met all of our expectations. The only suggestion we would make is to consider updating the pull-out sofa, as its surface was uneven and the third person did not have the same level of comfort as the other two in the suite bedroom. That said, the beds are very large and incredibly comfortable.

The locations and the comfort of the room. The breakfast, perhaps, need a little upgrade.
