I had an amazing stay at Hyatt House. From check-in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating, and I was thrilled to receive an awesome room upgrade that made the experience even better. The upgraded room was spacious, modern, spotless, and offered beautiful views. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service—the team truly went above and beyond. I’d happily stay again and recommend Hyatt House to family and friends.

The room was very clean and the staff accommodated my request of a view of the Empire State Building. Staff was helpful checking in and out. They held our luggage prior to check in and after checkout. Breakfast was until 9am and I got there at 8:30 and the place was decimated. Nothing left at all. Go early!

My family had a great experience at Hyatt House. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and our room had an awesome view. The roof lookout was cool and the breakfast buffet was super helpful especially when traveling with kids.

The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was a lady being trained and it seemed as if she was in training to be rude and dismissive. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Extremely unprofessional.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt. This is our second time. We were greeted at the lobby with a smile from Sasha and we were put in a room with a city view as requested. The food at breakfast is always great and the staff are courteous and wonderful. The hotel is really clean and a few steps away from everything. The manager Vonetra is awesome! I would always go back to this hotel and I highly recommend to friends and family. Everything was GREAT.

Made a request for a room with a view and the view was spectacular. Breakfast was a great inclusion. Room temperature was very unsettling. One minute freezing cold, next extremely warm. Woke up with sore throat and blocked nose every day. Breakfast finish time was too early during the week.
