Efficient and caring staff. Spacious room.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds and linens. The fitness center did not offer much and was small but had a patio to look over the city. Neighborhood was busy and difficult for ubers to get to.

The hotel and the room itself were fantastic. The view from the room was amazing. From the terrace, you could see the Empire State Building over the rooftops. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it!

Location and view. Staff very polite and kind. No proper bed sheets, just linen above used blanket. Toilet was not flashed when we arrived to room. Poor choice of food for breakfast (basically the same every day, no fresh fruits or salads, non-tasty fried food, filter coffee, etc). The hotel room doors are not soundproof, you can hear people talking in hallways and doors make loud smashing noise when guests next to you come and go which is very disturbing at night if you have loud neighbors.

Breakfast, staff and location excellent. View from room and roof were incredible. Excellent value for money. Totally stay again. aircon in the room was pretty load and in summer was needed

Second time staying, first in 2019 and last in 2026. Received the same experience in 2026 as in 2019. Will recommend to everyone. Excellent location as well.

Excellent front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The room was clean and well-appointed, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I was unable to sleep for the week I was there. Very frustrating.

Amazing location. Quite big rooms. Very comfortable, breakfast was really good! Elevators are slow and it can take 10 min sometimes to get into one

Great hotel in a great location , rooms very nice , we had one with a kitchen , our room overlooked the empire state building which was a plus. The rooftop terrace had some stunning views of the manhatten sky line especially at night it was truly stunning, only fault I have is the breakfast the first 4 days we couldn't fault it , but the last 3 days of our stay am not sure if they were short of staff , but there was a lack of cutlery and plates/cups and food to replenish was slow,and the coffee urns at one point the coffee was undrinkable I think it might have been the last of the coffee, however like I said I think they were short staffed those days as I only saw 1 person in the dining area.
